2. Download the TWRP recovery.
3. Flash the Twrp Recovery in Your Device (Redmi 4A).
4. Extract the MIUI 9 GLOBAL STABLE .RAR FILE
5. Read the Readme.txt file for Flashing the Rom
Note : Don't Flash the Rom Directly . The Downloaded Rar File is not a Flashable zip . Read the Flashing Procedure.

#1.My target to create this thread is just text translation, collect and update the (Flyme rom from bbsgfan) links for convenience and ease find download link and used.
In this thread , after the release the new version rom, the related link will be placed. also for ease of working friends after downloading and uploading roms by me,
Links uploaded to other download servers (e.g google and mega), keep in mind download and uploading roms requires enough time please be patient.

Important points about rom:
#1- Rom creator user is chinese so rom language is in Initial boot of Chinese but has the ability to switch to English.

Install steps:
-Download rom zip file and copy to memory card or external...
-Poweroff and enter to TWRP recovery. (shutdown, press and keep the power button + volume down to enter TWRP)
-Getting a backup from rom and previous data
-Select Wipe in twrp and swipe to factory reset.
-Back and go to Install and find the rom package.
Wait for the Installation to finish and Reboot..Enjoy

As noted rom is in the beta stage.

Visually very nice, but it becomes an iron, loaded with applications that are not practical in Chinese. Until the end of a call it becomes an odyssey.

NOTICE

- Pls read instruction before flashing rom
Installation
- Install any treble ROM for this devices first before install this rom (H-ROM S20 PORT V2.0 recommended)
- Do backup before continue
- Reboot to recovery
- Wipe Dalvik cache, System, Data and Cache
- Install MIUI-Aonly-10-20210113-PriyoGSIs.img as SYSTEM IMAGE
- Install open_gapps-arm64-10.0-pico.zip (else launcher keep crushing)
- Install Permissiver_v5.zip
- Install KRAKEN-Kernel-RC15-universal7870-Treble.zip
- Reboot (about 5~10 mins)
- Go to Settings > My device > All Spec > Tap MIUI version 7 times (Enable Dev Option)
- Back to Settings >Additional settings > Developer options > Smallest width (Set to 380)
- Install lastest Google Play Service (if Google Play Store can't sign in)
- Enjoy
