Hi, I am having problems in using Voice Command 1.6 when my ATT Tilt (ROM version: 1.62.502.0) is connected to external speakers such as TV speakers, Car speakers etc. I am using 3 in 1 USB Adaptor to connect cable to speakers.
The problem seems to be with Microphone of the phone which is for some reason being deactivated as soon as the 3 in 1 USB adapter is plugged into the phone. For the first time when I used 3 in 1 USB cable, it worked fine. But after that it stopped working and Microphone is being deactivated as soon as 3 in 1 cable is inserted into phone.
Whereas, when I insert other USB cable such as for charging, ActiveSync etc, microphone seems to be active and I can use Voice Command while the cable is inserted.
Please help. I need the microphone to be active to be able to use VoiceCommand while my phone is connected to my car's AUX port speakers.

you have to use that original htc adapter to connect a universal earphone. this adapter has a microphone in the 3,5 mm plug.
Hi Matthes, You mean, the original htc adapter has microphone builtin?
Also, as I mentioned, my voice command worked properly with my adaptor once (for the first time).
I am not sure mine is original or not, I bought it online and there is no brand name on the adaptor. All it says is 3 in 1 USB Adaptor, RoHS, Made in China. I dont even have the original package for this adaptor. So, cant tell if its HTC or not.
Does the original adaptor says 'HTC' on it?
HI,
I tried inserting CDLA earphones into my Laptop through USB Thunderbolt 3.0. It was detected as BRAVO-HD HS USB Audio but I couldn't find the drivers. The LED light turns on.
Has anyone tried this?
Thanks..

Hello,
is there any way to disable reverse charging on P10. I use usb c to micro usb cable to connect DAC Fiio Q1 mk.2 it works great, but phone charges the DAC. So it limits the useability, because of fast discharge. I also tried classic OTG cable and micro USB OTG cable with original Huawei reduction, both with same result = reverse charging the DAC. In developer settings is default USB mode set to MTP. After plugin it goes to reverse charging and after setting it back to MTP in status bar it stops charging due to DAC but after 2 sec. it starts again.
Is there any way to disable it in software? Because on head-fi Fiio engeneer wrote how to solve it trougth cable mod.
But software solution will be much easier.
Thanks.
I have this same issue can someone help please?!
Hi guys!
I bought headphones USB-C Oppo MH135-3 and tried connect them to Realme 8 Pro but headphones doesn't work. Despite fact that theadphones are connected to the USB-C, the sound is still heard from the phone's loudspeaker.
I turned on the OTG function, but it also didn't help.
There was not even an icon on the phone that the headphones are connected, nor any system message about the connected device
Has anyone similar problem and knows how to solve it?
I think, theres no solution. That headphones works only with Oppo device but not all of them...
(I checked it in store)
Strange
Go to settings/additional settings and Look for OTG switch. Unfortunely you have to check that box every time you connect headphones. At least it works for my setup - OTG adapter + senheisser earbuds..
