I don't get it, you have a global ROM and you want a global ROM?
I suppose that you actually have the unofficial Xiaomi EU ROM. Well a global ROM is not due since the Mi 11 Pro is only on China market. You might try to flash the Mi 11 Ultra and see if it runs ok. Usually Mi 11 Ultra and Pro share the same firmware/ROM

Can I install the available start global rom star_global_images_V12.5.4.0.RKAMIXM_20210611.0000.00_11.0_global_5e8da57366.tgz that is available to MI 11 Ultra on the official website on the MI 11 Pro? Or I should use the xiaomi.eu version instead?
It's up to you... On the 11 pro can be a star ROM installed... But .. xiaomi.eu is far better as global , but hey that's my opinion ... The stable of .eu is also better.... It's all based on CN builds . I am running .eu on my 11 pro without issues

If you flash the global,dont forget to UNtick lock!
As usual, the global version of the MIUI 13 based on A12 is a joke...
Been using a Mi11 since day one with official Global MIUI 12.5 but this time I'll give a try to xiaomi.eu for the Xiaomi 12pro.
