Hello, just to share my experience, I tried your rom on xt1541, the only bug I found was CPU running from 0 to 100% each 3 sec !! Therefore CPU overheat and battery life very short.
Otherwise everything else is ok.

It is not as stable as LOS 13.1 or 14.1 it has some lags and normally the battery is short-lived, it is highly recommended to be in LOS 14.1 or 13.1

Even though I installed gapps, pixel setup and launcher keep crashing, if it's working to you please link your gapps (I installed some old pico test 9.0 gapps)

I play pubg mostly so i charge to 100 and play till battey die and i get almost 2:40-3:00hr

And i didnt faced any issue , and no one reported , except u , so please perform a clean flash if u facing issues

UPD2: the problem is now fixed. Turns out /system/etc/firmware/wlan/prima/WCNSS_qcom_cfg.ini was symlinked to a non-existent file /data/misc/wifi/WCNSS_qcom_cfg.ini. After creating that file and filling it with settings from stock ROM everything works fine!

Stable, as lineage os is supposed to be.
On medium usage, getting about 4-4.5 hrs of SOT.
