hello I also have an xperia with the bootloader blocked that can not be unlocked.
What you have to do is to downgrade with flashtool looking for the software of your model, after you have already done the downgrade you can root with kingoroot for desktop and you can install the recovery I recommend the dual here they say how to do it.
if you are looking for a rom here there are some for bootloader blocked greetings.

Hello developers, I am considering to root my new Xperia Z1, but I don't want to unlock the boot loader. I was just wondering if I use vroot to root the Z1 but without unlocking the boot loader, will it avoid my Sony original warranty? Thanks. My firmware is 14.1.G.2.257

Well it may or it may not. You can just easily reflash stock firmware and root will be gone anyway. Done it once and they never suspected anything

In almost all cases you can restore your phone back to it's original state so they will never know, in the case when your phone is so bad that you can't restore it back with PC Companion or flashtool then you are still good because the service place will not be able to tell either, because your phone will not be booting at all .
Hello
Have somebody tried to root their Z3 compact with locked bootloader using Kingo root app?
Just asking. I don't own Z3 compact but i would like to hear if everyone had tried to root their Z3 compact with locked bootloader.
http://www.kingoapp.com/index.htm
nope
i just tried it with the newest firmware.
it just says ''waiting for device'', then downloading required dependency files'', and ''checking root status'' over and over again.
after 10 minutes the phone restarted, but that's it. no luck.

As you're still using a stock based rom, open the dialer and type *#*#7378423#*#*
This will open the service menu, check under general service info (if I remember correctly). You'll find there whether or not your bootloader is unlocked.
Download flashtool by androxyde and the rom you want to flash (you'll find it here on the forum) and flash it via flashtool.
If your bootloader is unlocked, lock it with flashtool (though it won't make any difference as I'm pretty sure you didn't back up your DRM keys)
@St.Jimmy90
what if i provide him with my C6602 keys? can multiple devices be initiated with same keys?
I have rooted 5.1.1 / LB / C6602

by installing stock rom i meant to say android 5.1.1 firmware..
and in that service menu it says
bootloader unlocked allowed:yes..
so does it means i have alrady unlocked or it is locked and unlocking is allowed?

It means your bootloader is unlockable, but currently locked. You do still have your TA partition and DRM keys. To install stock 5.1.1 you can also use sony pc companion, it should be the easiest way. All your current data might be lost, though
I need to flash custom firmware on my Z3c but bootloader unlock isnt allowed. Tried to root without unlocking bl but links for "twrp_prerooted_Z1f.zip" are dead. Does anyone have that file? Is there any other way to flash cfw on my Z3c without unlocking bl?
