When magisk is flashed with the rom it fails to boot, without magisk it works fine. however on twrp my pin number does not work for decryption of storage. so i cannot flash magisk.
edit, I have sideloaded magisk but the twrp decryption issue remains.
Does it support volte?

Disable password lock in Rom
until there is an updated version of twrp where the encryption works (which is updated by Google)

I've got the same issues.Any suggestions??
p/snly removing PIN code to access TWRP.
I know that after few hours it's to early to jugde but overal, I haven't come across any FC or other bugs.
It works smooth and nice. no hangs or freeze.
The only thing is QC which is not works form me. after reboot, it starts for few second (as on photo) than change to max 1500 mAh

I wonder if the major bug from the last release were fixed, High battery Drain, Camara issues and whatsapp issues.

I think there is a new "new" encryption now.
So was probably from the February security patches. Seems to require google code to be added to the TWRP sources and then built for Mi 6.
I'm thinking TheStrix might build official twrp soon or someone will fond a way to get an unofficial one working.
Work around for now is removing the password so there's no pin to decrypt in TWRP. (Can just enable and disable for recovery usage)
I can't boot up the rom, when i reboot from twrp after de Mi logo a orange screen appears with a message "ramdump partition not found". Anyone knows how to solve this?

What is this?
This is a Semi Generic System Image. That means it's a generic system image that's been optimized as much as possible for our Samsung Devices.
How the heck do I flash this?
It's slightly different than flashing a zip, so here's what you need to do.
Download the image file
Flash Endurance GSI Kernel in TWRP
Flash BRJ6 Vendor
Flash the System Image to your System Partition
Optional if you want root (but reccomended): Reboot to recovery again then flash your choice of Magisk. I use 17.1 as I can get galaxy wear to work with that version.
Reboot your device and you should be good to go! No need to flash gapps as they're included.

You need to install GAPPS 9.0 after rebooting into recovery following install of system image. This should be mentioned in the instructions.
Then you will get the usual install section after boot up and the usual google apps etc. I used GAPPS 9.0 nano.
All working well on my S9+.

Just had to change Product.model to pixel xl in build props to get higher quality on Facebook vids.

I can't flash the system image . Why is it ending in .xz ?
Its a compressed file, I just used 7zip to extract it.

Is Bluetooth working for you?
which camera you're using on this ROM?
Didn't work for me, had two issues:
-Internal Data not being seen
- No network connection
- Says not to flash gapps, but it is needed as nothing is installed.
For me now, this isn't a usable ROM.

i installed this good rom on my G965F and everything is working - BIG thx @devs...
I have only one question/issue: With my registered fingerprint i can unlock the screen - this works perfect, but in 3rd-party-apps i get an error with fingerprint and i cant use my fingerprint in these apps (e.g. banking app). Anyone know how to use my fingerprint in 3rd-party-apps? This is not working on all Pie-(s)GSI, not only on DU...

you have drain because you didn't flash proper vendor and baseband. Try this: https://zukfans.eu/community/threads/vendor-treble-support-for-zuk-z2-pro.8014/ forget about number 1 and 3.
And AEX is totally fine, no bugs, still on it since a week. Battery is a charm. I see no point in encouraging people to reinvent the wheel, especially when it's so untested and appears to be not quite cicrle-like.

Flash zui 1.9 with qfil and update OTA to latest one (4.0)
Unlock bootloader, flash TWRP
Install factory2vendor.zip
Reboot to recovery
Full wipe
Flash ROM
Flash GAPPS
Wipe cache & dalvik
Reboot.
Everything is working fine but im still having drain while charging.

Same here. Looks like it has to deal with /vendor/etc/thermal-engine.conf file, still researching. I had an issue it was charging crazuly slow (0.45A) while playing pubg then I've applied some lines (regarding battery charge only) from this fix - https://www.google.com/amp/s/forum....-cpu-throttling-charging-gaming-t3650705/amp/ and it started charging at 2a. Yet it's a hacky thing not sure is a proper way.

Do a clean install.
In twrp...
Format data
Wipe everything else
Flash ROM
Flash gapps if needed and not already in the ROM
Reboot
If that doesn't work revert to stock MIUI using miflash, install twrp again and repeat the above steps.

Airtel has both volte and non volte. In Jio I can only receive calls but cannot make any.

I did faced the similar problem.
What I did is flash the Nitrogen first. Reboot the phone and let the Nitrogen to boot.
After the first boot succeeded. Power down the Phone and boot to recovery again. Flash the GApps. After the GApps succeeded, select the "wipe Dalvik" button to clear the cache. Reboot the phone.
It works for me. Try it and hopefully it will work for you.

As far as i know, this is a new feature. And bit by bit, it will be implemented into other roms soon.
Also, it works very smooth. Takes 1-2 seconds.

But why gapps is so old? E.g. Chrome is 74 from mostly year ago.
Please mention in first post that encryption of device causes boot loop.
Also, I can't find an option to enable battery indication in %

Hi, I'm interested in flashing my already-rooted Redmi 4A, which is currently using MIUI Global 10, and because I like pure Android experience this ROM seems to fit me. Is there any detailed step-by-step installation guide? Such as whether I need to clean cache or factory-reset the device. I use TWRP as recovery program on my phone. Thanks in advance.

if you want to change your rom, i recommend a clean flash. that's mean you need to wipe all your data before you flash a new rom. i suggest you do a backup to your data. and these are the steps to flash new room :
1. back up your data
2. you already installed twrp on your phone right? then reboot to twrp
3. in twrp, tap wipe -> format data -> type yes and swipe to complete it but don't reboot your phone, back to twrp home
4. tap wipe -> advanced wipe -> check everything -> swipe to complete it but don't reboot your phone, back to twrp home
5. flash your new rom
6. wipe cache/dalvik
7. reboot and enjoy

maybe you can reinstall your twrp. or reboot to recovery using adb command : adb reboot recovery
Any chance to have a build guide for this? I need to try something by adding other binaries as well as enabling some stuff in the kernel, hence I would like to build by myself in eng mode.
So any chance to have a guide on how to build starting from the PixelExperiece+device+kernel?
I installed this ROM, and tried to root using magisk via twrp. severally i always stuck on bootloop condition. i tried vversion 20.0 20.3 20.4 of magisk. orange twrp and pitch black the result still not booting.

I have a problem the camera can't run only black, and the flashlight can't turn on. does not have a gallery for opening image files. and face unlock doesn't work because the camera also doesn't work, the rest all goes smoothly

format data is different than wipe data, i hope you know ,
if still not working then do this, first flash latest miui with mi flashing tool than flash any custom roms

Everything seems to work fine, nice job.
Only noticed 3 issues
1. DSDS not working.
2. Switching between sims does not work, if you have a physical sim and an e-sim installed and you switch to the e-sim you can’t switch back to the physical sim.
3. Hotspot turns on but connected devices have no access to internet.
Does this pass SafetyNet?

So, I notice mobile hotspot does not work. Data keeps dropping out.

I'm also having the same issues switching back to physical SIM from eSIM on Pixel 3 XL. Hopefully this gets fixed on the next build. But so far no issues with hotspot for me
I installed the ROM and everything was fine except mine doesn't have the system update or system advance menu.
Is that normal for or did I mess up somewhere?
Me too, mine does not have the option for system update but the rom are stable and smooth
I can't flash the latest build 11/13/22 (stable android 13).. Always error/abort when flashing. I tried the PE recovery and the TWRP. Same problem..

Did you sideload using the PE recovery or flash thru TWRP? I keep on getting error 1
Updated to 13+ fine from the beta, but anytime I flash magisk it immediately bootloops, so that's slightly disappointing. Tried magisk both from TWRP, and flashing a modified boot image generated from magisk manager; same response on both, the moment the OS starts, before the animations etc, it reboots.
@x2pherm are you trying the normal 13, or 13 plus? The other guy who installed it's screenshots show they did 13+ like me. I ADB sideloaded from the PE recovery. Also, try checking what version of ADB you have installed to rule that out. When I check my ADB version, it lists two different versions: 1.0.41 & 29.0.5-5949299, for reference.

I'm quite new for installing custom rom. On the normal 13, 2022-10-28 build now. There's no system update option available. Could you tell me how can I update to the latest build? And what's the difference between the normal 13 and the 13 plus? Thanks.

i can't get my esim to work because it's taking longer than it should, is there maybe a bug in activating esim? Latest PE Plus
My phone was bricked when I flashed Magisk Framework

Fixed by flashing the rom again but now i'm using the standard variant
Can I lock the bootloader after install the ROM?
