Yes but i can’t enable it at all because i am bypassing the google account so its not available i need to enable it in another way which I don’t know about
Know the username and password. That is the only way to get to Developer Options to enable OEM unlocking.

Hello
I have been running official android m on my Nexus 6 with unlocked bootloader. I just used Nexusroottoolkit to flash the official android n factory image and then I locked my bootloader. Now when I boot I have to verify my gmail to use my phone. And I have no idea what gmail adress I used. I haven't changed the password on the gmail I used. What should I do?
Remember your email address. Because when you locked the bootloader - a foolish thing to do - factory reset protection kicks in. Unless you can recall which account you used you'll be locked out of the device.
Is there nothing I can do?
Find a way to bypass FRP.

When making a new Google account the system will check the username.
Do not activate a new name, but try to find an existing name. Maybe it helps to remember your forgotten Gmail account.
Some people remember things with the help of a hypnotist ?.
Don;t give up remembering.
Thanks for the replies!
I will never remember the gmail i used, it was a random mix of numbers and letters
I have got into the phone and I can install apk's but there are no methods to get rid of the FRP on android 7.0 yet. (security patch October 5)
Is it possible to sideload the stock 6.0.1 image from the stock recovery?
Or is the only option to replace the mainboard?
If you're in, turn on OEM Unlock in developer options and then unlock the bootloader. This time, leave it unlocked and keep OEM Unlock turned on!
Doing those two things will ensure FRP doesn't bite you in the ass. And next time, use an email address you can remember.
I can't enable developer settings
It doesn't happen anything when I tap the buildnumber

Try navigating to devices.android.com and see which Gmail account lists your N6.

Great idea! It would defiently help if I would find the Gmail account since I know the password for it. Where do I find devices.android.com? I didn't find it in Android/data
I need an force unlock solution of bootloader for a Motorola Nexus 6
Please help me with a force unlock of bootloader from a motorola nexus 6
I need this solution, for downgrade adnroid 7.0 to another android.
Adb doesn't work?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-6/general/how-to-nexus-6-one-beginners-guide-t2948481
I don't think you can downgrade your bootloader, I think the only way is to install the next developer preview bootloader and then you would be able to downgrade it to an earlier version
CF autoroot has bootloader unlock option. worked for me when I had to unlock my bootloader after nougat OTA update in order to root.

On n OEM unlock should be activated by default, what happens if you fastboot flash n factory image step by step with no simcard inside?
does booting into fastboot and type fastboot oem unlock not work?
Otherwise there are a bunch of YouTube bypass frp videos, did you try anything?

He has a N6 where he's locked out of the device and unable to activate it. Either he forgot the email addy and password he used to activate it, or he purchased a phone from someone else and got locked out because that someone else didn't remove their account from the device prior to selling.
In any event, his legit options are to try and remember the email and password used, or to try and get the seller to remove their account from the phone. Otherwise he'll have to try and bypass the FRP.

as you do the factory reset bypass protection, you need to do a downgrade to an older version android, then bypass, and update to the latest version

I tried all solutions for bypass and other sources after youtube, but as the nexus the whole time comes the first time Android the newest and latest security patch, if I remember correctly at the October 5th when it came out the official version 7.0
@bombonel: With Factory Reset Protection in play you must know the email address and password used on the phone in order to progress in the setup. Entering into the bootloader in the phone's current state and attempting to unlock the bootloader using fastboot will not work. Unless you can get into Android and toggle the Enable OEM Unlock option in the hidden Developer Options menu you will not be able to unlock the bootloader.
Your available options are as follows.
You need to know the email and password used on the device.
If the device was purchased used from another person, you need to contact that person and have them remove the device from their account.
You need to start looking at methods of bypassing Factory Reset Protection.

I talked to the person from whom I bought the phone arrived in this State, the person from whom I got did not know how long does factory reset after 5 minutes of thought got stuck and enter to recovery ans wipe data and cache wipe, having the account and all saved and knowing that the first boot takes thought and got stuck and to give it to me , started that night fix to change the password to your gmail account and deleted and sync and all of his account and the phone became useless. Because it communicates with google server over the internet, but only synchronized with the old account and no password only, and tried to contact the folks at google and with whom you can, but make no result if the wrong person irreparably.
Dear all,
i got into trouble with a frind of mine and had to give him back his old Motorola G2 (XT1072).
First of all i have removed all data from the device and then made a factory reset. I think this was the biggest failure of all.
After turning power on, the phone is asking for a registered google mail account. As it was his google mail account i gave him back the phone and was wondering as he called me a few days later and said "for such broken devices i have no use". After researching a little more i found out that he had forgotten all login info for this account so there was no chance to get past this step in the phone. So i got my phone back, but unfortunately useless after all and he was laughing about my pitty.
I have tried several ways (with adb and sdk) but always had to stop at the point where it says that "Allow OEM Unlock" was not enabled. As faar as i remember i never ever went to the developer options or have enabled the OEM Unlock on this phone.
Do you know a way how i can enable USB debugging or the OEM unlock via the adb mode? I have already tried the motorola website to generate the unlock code for the bootloader, but oh wonder... "Allow OEM Unlock has not been enabled" :crying:
For some former Samsung phones i used to flash a stockrom with ODIN. Is there a chance to do this with the G2 also?
Thank you so much for all your comments and help in recovering my beloved motorola G2 XT1072
Kind regards
Sebastian

Hi. Today I found a bug in my Nokia 5 allowing me to enable OEM Unlock in the Developer Option Settings. Please note that I am on the new Android Pie with the latest April security patch. So here is what I did:
1. Please enable Developer Option on the Settings menu. If you already did so, skip this.
2. Now, on the Developer Option, you can see the OEM Unlock is greyed out. To toggle the switch on, "you need to disable and re-enable the Developer Option toggle switch at the top of the menu".
3. After then, you can now freely toggle the OEM Unlock switch. You will be prompted then to enter your device password and voila! OEM Unlock is now enable.
4. To switch it off, you just need to do the steps over again.
That's all. I hope this helps. Sorry, I might have posted this in the wrong section cause I am a new member and just wanted to fill my share to you.
Hey there! been lurking xda for ages but your post just made me register! Thanks a lot for sharing mate.
I just downloaded the update and tried this method, worked fine. Btw there's a new security patch as latest update (5/19), didnt bother doing it as they could have patched it probably.
So, i tried flashing twrp and noticed it still wouldn't let me and flashing get_unlock_ability returns 0. Did you manage to get past this?
This actually works. Havent flashed anything yet, as I'm scared of bricking it.
I just love the good old days when I had the Tmobile G2x with the Nvidia chip, flashed the darn thing so many times, even bricked it numerous times, but I was able to go into recovery and reflash it again. That phone was "Flash and Brick Proof"
thanks for sharing, spent countless hours trying to fix with usb driver setups and cmd lines from other tutorials.
question is what's next?
That's a dummy command,
You still need to properly Unlock it, I'm afraid all the options are paid service
Sent from my Xperia 1 using XDA Labs
This thing still works as now it's may 11th 2020.
I'm I ready to unlock bootloader now?

Without a google account there is no FRP and therefore no OEM enable needed.

Figured it out, you have to hold volume up on the bootloader screen. Thank you for helping me.
