is there a way to add special effects like ink effect in s4 while swiping with either finger or s pen to galaxy note 8.
Is there any way to add live weather wallpaper as screen saver while chraging

I don't think that would help for the Note 8. I think it was built in on those devices...maybe OP needs some sort of mod.

I like how they kept the touchwiz ui.. I simply bought the S5 for that feature...
Now if I would ask what'd be change is that add the flashlight toggle or let us customize the toggle list not just able to rearrange it and and the option to hide Sfinder and Quick Connect
If samsung just let us customize the notification drawer to an extent that we could hide the toggles and center the clock.
And lastly...that new multitasking switcher is just a gimmick...it's very unintuitive... didn't google learn anything from microsoft...this was how windows vista multitasking worked and was directly removed in Windows 7 because it's just visually pleasing and not useful at all... I wish samsung would customize that.
However...this all so unlikely to happen

Is it possible to port the Galaxy Tab S 8.4 Touchwiz launcher to the Note 4? I love how you can put picture albums and Video preview on where the Briefings would be at on the Note. If there is a way, can anybody provide a link to it?

Unfortunately, it is a major fail. I am assuming it is because of conflicting APKs. I do not know enough to make this work. So thank you for providing the link. It is unfortunate that it didn't work.

Previously there was Ínk or Ripple effect on swiping the lock screen in Galaxy S3 and S4, Is there any way to bring them to our Galaxy note 8?
In Lg G4 , ther is real time weather effect on lock screen, which displays as rain drops if there is rain outside. Is there any way to add to Note 8 lock screen

Have seen glance on Xiaomi phone lock screens. Didn't even know it was a feature on Samsung! Isn't it like a wallpaper carousel?

Actually, it's a service that picks wallpapers from your interests and links a news clip to the wallpaper.
