Google play store notworking Android newb.

Ok it used to work but now when I click on the icon nothing happens , The device has had the latest ota update and has been rerooted using the clock work mod.
Can anybody give me a quick troubleshoouting guide and / or instructions on how to uninstall google play and reinstall it?

Play Store Problem

So Finally rooted my Xperia Z1 5.1.1. But the problem is that I uninstalled the Play Store to install the latest version as it was not auto updating. And it is not working properly. As soon as I click accept to install something, the play store crashes. I have tried to uninstall it and reinstall but nothing worked out. Please suggest what should i do as soon as possible.

Try to install play store then force stop. Clear data and cache from settings and try again?

Thanks for the reply but still no good. I think that it might be with the apk that I've downloaded. So please can anyone suggest some other method and also give me a link to a trusted site for downloading play store.

Here are my Google Play Store and Play Services. If just installing doesn't work you could try to install it through an app like Lucky Patches. Hope it works .

Samsung browser problem

Hello everyone
I ve installed manually Samsung browser version 5.0 over my old version but it doesn't run correctly with errors, unexpected closes etc.. Now I want to go back to the right version but I cannot either uninstall it or install the previous one over the new one as it's a system app. I'm not rooted.. Is there a way I can do it or any 5 version that works correctly to anyone to install it?

I don't think version 5 worked for me either.
If you installed it then it should have installed as a user app. You should be able to uninstall it via app manager using the 'uninstall updates' button and revert to the default (system) version.
Have you tried clearing cache and data for the browser app first?
You can always install the play store version.

I cant isntall snapchat on my rooted A5 2017!! please help!!

Hello, So ive instaled a custom rom for the A5 2017. sm-a520f.
And when i try to install snapchat and log in to it it gives me thsi mesage that means my phone is rooted. IVe read about it and ive figoured out that i can use root switch or something and turn it off then just log inn. but it stil lgives me the same mesage. So what can i do? can i uninstall xposed from a custom rom with xposed preisntalled? and how? it just gets in a bootloop when i try.
IVe tried the port s8 slime rom and the protax V1 rom..
is there other roms that will work? or liek a modded snapchat app?
pls help me fast if u know something about it! =^C

Snapchat does not have anything against root, but it does have much against xposed.
Here's a guide to fix it:
1) Uninstall everything xposed
2) start snapchat
3) login
4) install xposed
fixed.
Edit: did not read that you get a bootloop if you try to uninstall xposed :/
Try to install a custom rom without xposed preinstalled.
Also, you can use the modded snapchat app, Casper ( i'm not giving any download link or anything, but you will find it ).
Warning: your snapchat account may get banned.

Remove supersu install magisk and use magisk hide. Worked for me

i tried to install modded Google playstore and now i cant install anything

i just rooted my lgk20 plus with magisk. an unsuccessful attempt at installing the modded playstore and now i cant even install anything on the device. will someone please explain to me how to fix this? thx!!

download titanium backup from apkpure app and uninstall modded play store & reboot then install play store from apkpure reboot done.
