Beautiful Chinese theme emui 5.0

I know this may seem strange but it appears that if you own the Chinese version of Mate 9 you have access to a different set of themes with theme app (for Chinese users only?) depending on whether you have your sim card in or not. Is that the case for international roms? When I removed my sim card, at the time I transitioned to having my Mate 9 as a dd, I happen to download some of the following themes. They do not appear in my theme app when when sim card is inserted. There are quite a few of them and many are not free. But, usually the icons, while looking quite beautiful are limited in scope so I don't use them. Maybe someone with a Chinese version can hunt through them .
EDIT: One more thing. Even though you see Chinese everything is in English once installed.

Black theme for Mate 10

In some of the theme apps I see a few black themes. Can anyone recommend a good version for the non Pro Mate 10 please? One that you are satisfied with.

At this moment there are few issues with black themes on EMUI8 - some apps have bugs when using EMUI 5/5.1 themes.

Mate 10/EMUI 8 supports OMS/Substratum, so theoretically a dark theme can be made for system apps. Though it isn't easy to decompile system apps on EMUI 8, so it might be hard to know what /res values to target.

It's not necessary - i made to replicate Mate 10 Pro dark mode to every EMUI 5/5.1/8 phone (including regular Mate 10 and Lite). I will publish it soon. Below some screenshots from Mate 10 Pro dark mode working on the EMUI 5.1 (P10).

How it's themes and app

I am so curious about its themes.how would be looking it's themes . They are beautiful or not.and apps icon change or not???

This theme is called Pitch Black. I love it. Makes the experience a bit better and looks great. I can't find a better theme. I found a Last Jedi theme from the OnePlus 5T and that looked great, but a few icons were out of place

I use Nova Prime with Oreo icons.

Black Theme for Honor Play EMUI9

Does a black theme work for Honor Play EMUI9 without graphical bug's?

There is no perfect black theme out there for EMUI 8 or 9.

It's the first time I've actually made something and I'm really hyped about it what do you expect. :victory:

Dark EMUI 9 Theme for Huawei/Honor by Aurel is the best one out there. It is almost perfect with few issues.

Deep black will hide lots of text from the notifications (I assume that in this case its using dark text in conjuction with dark background). Otherwise, yes, it's a dark theme indeed.

Can we use EMUI 9 themes on p30 pro. Has anybody used it?

Just want to know the theming possibilities on p30 pro.

Good question, indeed. I'v tried several emui 9 themes (mostly black) but none of them worked.

Yes. I imported the Mate 20 Pro's Neon theme and it works well, complete with the EMUI 9.1 icon masking - no more inconsistent icon shapes.
