I rooted my HTC Desire C (Golf) with no data losed. Checked and it was really rooted. It happend in less than 15 sec (I mean the rooting process after plugging in my device in bootloader mode while PC was waiting for device). using techdraginfo.blogspot. com/2012/09/how-to-root-htc-desire-c-android-40-ics.html this guide. I deleted some Orange annoying files from the system and when I rebooted it didn't want to pass the last HTC Logo with Quietly Brilliant and the BeatsAudio logo. I installed some ROMs but one failed, the second succefully but after rebooting blocked at logo. And there was still one ROM left, I don't remember what one but, after rebooting it installed me CyanogenMod 9. Everything kinda works fine, no bugs except the WiFi, I will download WiFix from PC and install it in my phone  Thank you XDA for giving useful links. I love you all.
So my question is :
Is it normal a succefull rooting process at a 600 Mhz processor in under 30 seconds with NO DATA losed or damaged?
Please answer, I'm confused.
Alright so I flashed my rooted HTC One Tmobile to the sense 5.5 android 4.3 version of android revolution about a week ago.
About 3 days ago it wouldn't accept any simcards and wouldn't find service or data.
Today it randomly turned off and would be stuck rebooting really slowly, so I went into bootloader and tried to flash a recovery in CWM.
While flashing the recovery, it gave a "system error" and turned off. Now it won't turn on at all.
I've held the power and volume buttons for minutes while connected to a computer and all that happens is that the computer gives a beep every now and then like a device is connected to it.
Any help I can get on this?
My m7 dual sim 802w was working good with custom rom MaximusHD 3.0.0
I just update the TWRP 2.7.0.0.7 to 2.8.6.0 m7C_DUG
it was working good but I don't used the m7 for 3 days and the battery be cam 0%
I charge the phone and its start restarting it self when pushing volume down
Its go to bootloader but just for 3 seconds USB fastboot not working what I try is
1-fastboot erase cache ,try that with adb file and with HTC Toolkit 3.1.2 not working
2- try to flash recovery TWRP or CWM with SD card as PN07IMG.ZIP not working
The bootloader say low battery voltage change battery as the photo attached
3- I try all with power and volume (+_-) and power for 90s all that not working
The m7 still if I charge its keep restarting and I can use recovery or fastboot
Any one help on this?
did you get it fixed?
mine is still stuck in boot cycle...
me 2 i need help
after 2 months of no use, I started the phone this morning and booted up normally... I guess the water damage I had kept shortwiring something and after 2 months, it dried and zap, phones works fine!
Finally the joy was short lived... i should have backed up everything... It went back to boot cycle again 15 mins ago:
here is the video, any suggestions:
HTC M7 not detected by pc , wont charge tried everything. No led , cannot bo into bootloader mode. cannot go to recovery.
I flashed a modified hboot to remove the red text in boot animation. The CIR.img in the package destroyed my phone , the flashing failed and it gives remote 51 : partition update error. I fastboot reboot to make sure and did it again.
After that my phone and got stucked in the silver HTC screen with the 4 triangles in the corners. I fixed this by deleting the CIR.img in the hboot.zip and reflashed . The phone booted successfully went straight to recovery and reflashed CYANOGENMOD 12.1 but it wont charge and it stays on 0% battery but the pc can detect it , and the charger will boot it into charging animation but stays at 0% with LED light .
I took a 1 day rest , i think the battery got exhausted, did plugged it in a charger no led light , no more booting into charging animation. Tried going to bootloader pow+vol down , nothing.
Plugged into pc , nothing no led no charging, did pow+vol down , still nothing .
I am lost how will i manage to fix this phone this is the worst phone i got in my whole life it sucks the life out of me
Keep posting in the same thread please, you can bump your thread once a day if nobody answered, no need to create multiple threads for the same issue.

Hey guys, so I have a weird issue. One day I left my urbane charging and the next day I found it stuck on the LG logo. Here are the details:
-If I leave it connected to the original cradle, usb and charger, the urbane will go into a reboot loop. It will not pass from the LG logo.
-Taking it out from the cradle will start doing the same behaviour until it runs out of battery.
-If i connect the urbane to a computer, the loop will stop and boot into the OS fine. But once it gets disconnected from the cradle it will go into the reboot loop again.
-If boot into fastboot or recovery the urbane will stay on until the battery dies.
I already tried to flash it via adb sideload xxxx.zip and via fastboot (back to android 6.0) with no luck..
any other ideas guys?
I am facing the exact same issue and I have no idea why, tried flashing, nothing helped.
Battery dead. Not enough capacity to ensure a complete boot.
Fastboot or recovery is only a boot minimal system (like command line) so lighter than a normal OS charge.
@dersie, thank you so much! It's just meant I resurrected my Engagement watch!
Having the same issue. Is it worth to get the new battery for 20 usd?
I jus replaced my bartery (from aliexpress) and watch is working !! Didn't boot at all even on charger. Was all the time rebooting... Battery replace fixed problem
