It was only on older versions which cannot be found anywhere. You don't need them, flash tool does everything for you

i have uncredible s when i search for QHUSB_DLOAD there is many option . i dont know where i should start i am dont understand what the devlopers tool used

I would agree, but maybe there is a way since it is at least booting. The question is whether or not there is anything available to the public that he can use when it is in that state.

This is not something I have researched as I am not willing to brick my phone to try it. I can only assume that you tried to flash a froyo ruu and its put you in this situation. I really don't know how or why people keep doing this.
I did read a repair method using riffbox on another forum but I don't think I'm allowed to link it. Just Google "riffbox msm8x55"
That's about the limit of my knowledge on the subject, sorry.
