At the moment I do not use a rom derived from CyanogenMod.
Now I use the Mushrom W4 based on 2.3.5.
I tried the 7.1-cooper-KANG CyanogenMod-2.3.7 RC1 Android by Grif but did not have the sim application toolkit.
I just wanted to know if there is a possibility of being able to implement the ROM or as a separate application or acting on the root.
If this possibility exists I wanted to have some instructions on how to do.
I would be happy even know where to find the necessary files.
I thank you for the reply and hope you can help me.

I would like to try the rom The End (CM KANG 7.2 RC0)
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1440396
I read that it is based on cooper KANG CyanogenMod 7.2 Android 2.3.7 RC0 by vo-1 which is odexed build of CM7.2.
If you could give me the simtoolkit.apk I try to put it in this rom.
If along with the link to download the application you could also give me the instructions would help me a lot

I would suggest you to stay with gingerbread ROM. As far as I try, official CM7 + FireKernel is good on speed, performance, and battery life. If you want newer Android, you should give OldDroid's AOSP ICS a try.
Apocalypse
Try Apocalypse ROM. It is based on gingerbread and super smooth, also the looks are great

[Q] Tap2Wake and Pimp my Rom

i am not new to flashing and roms, but i never needed help up till now, so this is my frist post
I am on the official cm 11 and i am trying to install a different kernel from this thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2660679
After flashing the file from the front page i get stuck on the pimp logo!
Do i need a different file? They talk about calf files and the end of the thread?
Or is it wrong to just flash a kernel?
Hope somebody can help.
Thanks

If there is no kernel for Vanir with TWRP embedded, you can't use it. Custom recovery is embedded in same partition as kernel, so it can't be installed separately.

If yes, then can u guide me towards any kitkat kernels in which TWRP is embedded?

Exacly, TWRP will only embedded come with a kernel. I am not sure what kernel is compatible with Vanir AOSP, that has TWRP. You might look for ROM that has kernel with TWRP, and flash it with Universal Kernel Flasher. And be prepared to recover phone if you end up with a bootloop (flash same rom again if you can access recovery, or flash stock firmware).

You do not need to change it to find it, it is written in its post. I think that Omni has TWRP, and maybe Carbon. Ofcourse it needs to be 4.4 based. Look in Original Development and in Development section of our device part of this forum.
