[Q] problem with google plus and photo app on new lollipop 5.1 Indonesian backup.

I restore the latest available lollipop 5.1 backup about a week ago. There is a big problem in camera flash and in storage. But yesterday I face another problem. When I open google plus or the photo gallery app which is preinstalled, it gives-
Unfortunately the process android.process. media has been stopped.
Now I want to request to the developers to solve this problem and want to know why this happenes. I know the other problems could not be fixed so easily but if this could be then plzzzz help me bro. I can't even open my photos in other gallery app also. Please help.... :crying:

Try a factory Reset via Recovery.
Should sort things out.

Cyanogen gallery worked but I need google plus and photo app....not another app...

had the same problem what i did is downloaded kk gallery from play store and in kk gallery it showed many unplayable file i deleted all those file and now photos and google+ is workin:good:

Just installed on Homemade Android 6.0 Marshmallow build by updateing.
The flash file you posted earlier didn't work, but the APK did.
Works fine, except that it will crush everytime i try to change mode or try to open the settings menu.

now to edit it to work with everything on MM6.
however if u try it on LP 5.1.1 it surely works well.
since its taken from a 5.1.1 base, tweaks have to be done to make it work fully on the mm.

The apk works now on cm12.1.
The viewfinder for the frontfacing camera is way smoother compared to cameranext!
Settings work fine too. I did not test slowmotion video but the preview image looks stretched and wrong in this mode.

Hey Can you please port the MAXX AUDIO from the H2OS. Its like the best audio equaliser ever! Better than any sound mods and even V4A as per me

Works fine with the omni 6.0 build with oxygenOS libs.
crashes after closing, but that's not the end of the world.
slow mo video doesn't scale properly on preview, but output file looks ok.
don't think hdr is working, but that may be down to lack of supporting libs for it. HDR takes a better photo than picture+ mode.

it seems the max resolution at the moment is 12.5 MP 4:3. Hoping for 13MP. Thanks!

Working good on Oneplus 2 running CM12.1, smoother than the native CM camera!

Working fine in Cos 12.1, just FC when trying to view slow motion video.

Bliss, carbon and resurrection is all cm based and aint chinese in any way (correct me if im wrong) so you might want to split those up into its own section perhaps? (just to clarify the confusion for some) Zui, flyme and lewa on the other hand is chinese all the way

Carbon developers dont have chinese name or dont look that chinese to me?

It's not about whether the ROM developers are Chinese or not but rather the device tree author / builder / porter.

Hm ok, never thought any of those had chinese "influence" or however you describe it. Not that it matters for me though but just another one of those unnecessary facts. You learn something every day as they say :good:

How is the resurrection ROM mobile signal,GPS, finger print??? Did you feel it's better than Cynogen??

I'm not feeling any different, GPS not tested.

Now with a twrp image of zui, I gave it a whirl and my impressions are its quite nice, camera app is good, overall speed and responsiveness is awesome and better than COS. It needs some adjustments here n there but im gonna try and make a tweaked rom out of it without chinese apps and integrate google apps. Had problem with capacitive buttons being disabled and it was only the fingerprint button that worked with swiping, touch and push. Would like to know how to enable those. Wifi wasnt working either for me but I guess you need to flash the whole zui factory image first with qpst for it to work unless someone else has an idea?
I gave lewa OS a try aswell after this but wasnt anything for me, that was just cm12 + a skin ontop basicly so naturally wifi worked since I was originally coming from C.OS

for on screen button you can edit build.prop file by adding some lines (Google it)
For play store on ZUI download below Play store apk, then open Youtube app it will ask for Google play services download these services..

Hey and thanks for your notes. I still cant get wifi working, tried reflashing but nothing, have you just flashed zui through twrp coming from Cyanogen without flashing zui through qpst first?
Regarding the capacitive buttons, they wont work either. Tried adding qemu.hw.mainkeys=1 to build.prop and also ro.mot.buttonlight.timeout=0 to see if the leds would turn on but they are not working at all. Its only the middle button working.
Ive made a tweaked rom out of the zui twrp package you posted where ive removed a bunch of china apps, changed default language to english and country to US, replaced default launcher with nova launcher, integrated google play, ive also replaced the built-in recovery with breadcrust twrp.
If I could just find out why WIFI aint turning on, the toggle is deactivated and when I press it, its not moving at all. If I restore my twrp Cyanogen OS backup then wifi works just fine again but not at all on Zui. Ive seen this on other phone models when they didnt have the correct modem for example but not sure where id get a suitable one for that (if this even is the problem) and manage to activate the capacitive buttons would also be of great help

Ok had some time over this night and found a solution to get wifi working in zui. Downloaded qpst and flashed zui the official way removing all data on phone and getting all stock factory stuff in there.
Perhaps its the modem file which is the problem? Not sure how to just flash that one separately to find the cause of this issue but could be worth a try

Guys i enabled camera 2 api in miui roms but .. after enabled that one i face camera force close and camera stopped problem . is there any way to fix that one pls give solution for that problem. thanks in advance

Use any modded miui camera. Google it!

Please google it before posting. MIUI stock camera doesn't work with camera2api. Only enable camera2api if you use a custom camera app, like modded miui camera, Gcam mod, or something else.
