[Q] MIUI 6 has been released

Hello Everyone,
As MIUI 6 is released I would like to see it on my device. I want to build it myself. And of course I need help of the great devs of XDA.
The IDEA

MIUI ROM : 4.10.17 [MIUI 6] from XIAOMI MI3/MI4 [I have already downloaded these roms]

Please guys i need help. i did the initial port but the rom is not booting. Now i need help. If there is no support how can anybody will learn.

Maybe if you post a boot log some may be able to help you.
Also post some info about how the phone behave.

Was waiting for somebody to come up for help and i tried it once again and My cute ZR got bricked. But thanks to XDA i have recovered it. I will wait for official port to come up.

Maybe sijav can invite you to take part in his dev for miui 6. Afterall, he has been working with miui 5 for quite some time. You can send him a PM for starters

It's better to wait up for the developers finish the rom development, also to use the "Smilies" of XDA, you need to type them in english, for this :good: , you need to write : good :

I am in Italy, and got a new Mi Mix One.
Absolutely fantastic phone. It came with Global Stable 9.1.
Suggestions on which Rom put?
I want a stable Rom, so I rather go with Global Developer, or maybe China Stable/developer?

Bruh if everyone did what you are doing the forum would turn to garbage! Remove this post and ask in general questions and see your question answered.

[NEWS] Resurrection Remix & OmniROM beta are available for our Mate 20 Pro!

If you are lucky enough to have your BL unlocked, you can now install RR or OmniROM on your mate 20 pro!
I created this thread mainly for those who want to share their experiences with RR / Omnirom and report bugs.
Maybe this post will help those expecting more feedbacks or see what RR/Omnirom looks like on EMUI 9 before to flash it.
Screenshots are appreciated so don't hesitate to share them with us !

It's very smooth but the fingerprint and face scanner functionality was enough to make me go back to the emui 9 ROM. Phone also seemed to run very hot. I will try again once new versions are released as I do love the ROM.

I have the exactly same feeling, Im jumping again into RR Rom when these issues get fixed , because I didn't find any other major problem , super fast , super smooth !
Thanks to the developers for the hard work and time to achieve this !

I like to duplicate? Like i said there is no mention of OmniROM in the post you linked.
I just wanted to share the information with everyone and make a clean post about it but apparently there will always be a jerk like you to make a disrespectful comment lol

From what i heard (havent tested it yet) the fingerprint scanner works, but the indicator isnt there

Any progress here? If we really loose Google services this becomes very important.
