when I try to enable any of the app's accessibility service, it doesn't work and shows a pop up message "BECAUSE AN APP IS OBSCURING A REQUIRED PERMISSION, SETTINGS CAN'T VERIFY YOUR RESPONSE"

I have an acer liquid e with 2.2 froyo os. OS update notifier pops up every half hour, i select ok to update only to be notified the current OS (2.2) is the latest for my device. I want to know how can i control the update notification intervals or turn it off all together, as it's extremely irritating. I'm not referring to app update notifier, just the OS update notifier. Please help me.
Open 'Update Notification' and uncheck 'Allow data connection' then go to settings (menu -> settings) and uncheck 'Auto checking'
I've Samsung galaxy note 2. Updated to 4.4.2. Rooted. Response screen of root checker attached for reference.
When I try to install the framework on clicking the apk file, the installer starts and shows the warning messages. However, the install button at the bottom does not click - seems to be disabled. The cancel button cancels the process. Screen shot is attached for reference.
I've enabled unknown sources under security. I've tried with stopping and disabling the anti virus programmes - Avast and AVG.
What am I missing?
Thanks,
Vikas Garud.

the problem is not for framework installer but an App that control screen display.
solution is kill any App with a simple task manager before launch installation Apk.
it's tested, I have a note2
Which app?
Thanks fixfast.
I'm pretty sure that the framework works on Note 2!
Where should I start looking for "Apps that control the screen"? Don't all Apps control screen in some manner?
I may be wrong, but I doubt if its an app controlling screen is causing the problem. Only the "Install" button is disabled, the "Cancel" button is working fine. So installation of the apk is disabled, even though I've enabled unknown sources under security.
I've taken this question to general Note 2 help thread as I realised that this problem is only not with Xposed installer apk, but other apk's as well. I don't know when this behaviour started as I have installed apk's in the past.
Any pointers on how to proceed?
Thanks,

SOLVED
Thanks everybody. "Copy Bubble" APP was the culprit. After disabling it, the install button was enabled.
Incidentally, I searched for "Screen Filter" in play store. This APP was not in the search results.

Installation Issue on Note 2
Gents,
I've another issue installing Xposed by its installer.
I have a galaxy note 2 (GT-N7100) rooted (Super Su Free version), with TWRP recovery.
After running the installer the attached message appeared.
I tried to change the permissions of the /systme/bin manually by root explorer but failed.
Would appreciate your support.
Up!
Gents,
How could I install a recovery .zip version of Xposed Framework 2.6.1 ?
Can someone help me plz.
Hi.
I tried to install xposed on my mobile (Homtom HT6 android 5.1).
When I installed the apk without flashing the zip and tried to run the application I saw that he needed root and thus uninstalled.
After that the accessibility function is not working.
Applications can not put service in accessibility menu and this remains empty.
The preinstalled functions menu ACCESSIBILITY work.
The phone now is rooted but the problem not solved
Any help ?
Need help!
I just factory reset my Nexus 6, root it and found in About phone - System update - "System update downloaded and... (restart now)".
I am definitely not want to update from 6.0.1 to 7.1.1, so I am going to Google play service and clean all data. And found that System update start downloading immediately again with only options "Pause downloading", so I pause it for now. I am also found this topic https://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-6/help/how-to-stop-update-downloaded-t3157232 , but it about 5.1.1 and the answer is wrong, because there is no "Automatic System Updates toggle" in 6.0.1 Nexus 6 (this option came in 7.0). I am also installed Disable services app, and disable SystemUpdateService in Google Play Services and Google Services Framework, but it not work.
I am also try another method - Rename /system/etc/security/otacerts.zip to otacerts_bak.zip , but its also didnt work for me
So, how to prevent it, cos I am afraid to reboot my phone?
It's been forever long since MM. I think things were different then, but some ideas;
Long press the notification and a settings gear/cog should be available. From Settings select "Turn off notifications update"
Go to settings -> apps -> Google Play services (not store - you may need to "show system apps") then uncheck the notification box.
Settings -> about device -> software update -> check for updates
There might be an toggle in developer options (tap on build number 7 times to enable developer options)
I try most of those ideas in start topic. Notification not a problem, I am already blocked it - problem with downloading.
And, as I said, Developer options didnt have it in 6.0, only from 7.0
Hmm, maybe I found solution for my question:
Not enough to kill SystemUpdateService, but when I killed SystemUpdateService Activity receiver, System Update options just disappear from menu "About".
Can somebody confirm it?
