I had an email to say that the claim was verified, and that they'd dispatch in the next 28 days. Deliveries are Tuesday to Friday apparently, which sucks big time. I wonder which courier company they'll use?

They're taking their time! I went for the PS VR, not heard a thing since the email saying my claim has been verified.
The Hermes delivery was not the ps4 lol.

When I put in the discount code I got a message saying the promotion had expired. Even reading the info on the link from above it says it would expire at 12pm today.

I looked at their Twitter feed and they are telling those of us who got a confirmation number, that not to worry. They will honor it and that confirmation emails are taking around 2 hours to process.

I was able to get an order in for one of these. It took 24 hours to get an email with confirmation from them and it didn't have a tracking number though.

RMA's in general are notorious for this.
i sent a miniSD card away for warranty replacement (had lifetime warranty) and it took 3 weeks before they sent a new one out.
just be patient.
...and next time, buy a squaretrade warranty.

Hey, I just wanted to let you know that I just purchased a soft gold version, and it says that it will ship immediately by july 28th. Just thought that I would give an update.

When I ordered the gray version it arrived 2 days later due to delayes in OH. It ships from China so it will probably take until August 2, considering that Saturday and Sunday are off for DHL.

Thats odd, my friend ordered a graphite version and his shipped from California. It arrived in 4 days. I guess they must have multiple warehouses. Since this is a new release, I don't know where it would ship from, but China makes sense.

Did you get a case for yours as well? I went with the karbon, and compared to other manufacturers, OnePlus's case prices are not too bad.
I m not formiliar with the one plus ive got note 3.
I was wondering when yoy got 64 gb is that one partition? So when you flash customs al your fotos documents are wiped with factory reset.

Yes that would be one partition. And yes if you factory reset, you would lose your data.

No. There are many partitions. Internal Storage is a separate partition. When you flash custom roms, only Dalvik, System, Data and Cache partitions are wiped. Internal storage remains intact. Though, obviously, when unlocking bootloader, internal storage is wiped. But after that, no loss of internal storage which contains photos etc. And /data partition (which contains apps and app data) can be backup and restores using Titanium Backup Pro.
