2)Are they restored when we re-lock the bootloader?
3)Can we backup the keys before unlocking?

If you have movies downloaded BL unlocking will erase them as you know. Just re download them! lol that simple. As long as you're using the same Google account I'm certain Google play can reauthorize them or something similiar, as long as they're not rentals.. i think.

movies i purchased on Play work fine after bootloader unlock and rooting.
I also flashed my AT&T phone with the Dev Edition software.

Try it now.
When I tried yesterday I had the same issue. Tried again right now, the catchpa appeared, and I got my unlock code instantly.
When I had P8 or Mate S ideas able to download other languages, now with P9 I'm not.
I press the language I want, a pop up shows saying will download but nothing happen.
Is this old news or ?
