You probably flashed an OP3 ROM to an OP3T and you bricked your phone.

Hey guys, I need help ASAP. So there was me just wanting to update my rom (trickdroid), doing everything as usual. The phone froze while installing, so I restarted it by holding down power and vol-. The phone doesn't boot since then. I can enter the bootloader, but when entering recovery, the small little clockwork appears then the phone reboots, and again and again. Now, I tried doing a factory reset in the bootloader and installing the recovery again. No luck. So now I have a phone that doesn't turn on. Please someone help me, I'm desperate. :/

Hello,
A friend gave me his phone so I could root it, having done it before I said no problem, but the problem is his phone was encrypted.
So now he can't get into his phone. The pasword prompt comes up, he types his passsword, a 'Droid' shows and the phone shuts down.
I have tried booting into Recovery but after the bootlogo with the blue recovery text the phone powers off.
Does anybody have a fix?
Thanks in advance for your help

You should start by checking the information on the thread of the root you used. When I rooted mine I noted something about not rooting encrypted phones, so... yeah. But anyway - that's where you should go for help.
Hello
I had my HTC One running Cyanogenmod 11 like a charm. After that I flashed ElementalX kernel which I have used many times before. It flashed correctly but my phone got stuck in the boot loop. Then I rebooted back to recovery and tried to flash Bulletproof kernel. It flashed correctly too but my phone is still not restarting. At this point I thought "**** it, I'll flash new rom" but I can't boot into bootloader. The only thing my phone is doing is flashing software buttons. It doesn't show even the HTC logo screen! I'm starting to get worried I actually bricked my phone :crying:.
Does any of you have any solutions?

Hold the power button and the Vol down for about 15 seconds in a well lit room
when the buttons stop flashing let go of power and continue holding the Vol down .. you should be back in boot loader.
After that you should RUU back to stock
find the one that matches you phones CID and MID here

Thanks for your quick help. I have to admit I was at first a little pessimistic about that light actually working since I had tried it a few times, but for some reason it really worked and let me into bootloader. So a big thank you for you who used your precious time to help me, thank you. :highfive: Now my phone is fully functional again. :victory:

Recovery twrp
Install?
Hello,
I tried to unlock my bootloader, but I made a mistake and I flashed the 10b instead of the 20a on my D405n, I flashed TWRP with Flashify and then I rebooted my phone. But I had no recovery and a black screen.
Then, I saw a guide (http://androidforums.com/threads/gu...oad-mode-no-recovery-mode-no-fastboot.893311/) and I did what they said. But I don't know why, it still doesn't work and in addition, my computer doesn't recognize my phone at all.
A precision: when I plug my phone without battery, I can see the logo "Where's the battery on my phone"
Can you help me please ?
Thanks in advance
