Have been searching around as i picked myself up a 3D Printer, i have played with Scann3D and Qlone but they are hit and miss.
Anyone have any good feedback on apps that would utilise the dual cameras for scanning to be put into CAD or openscad to be then printed out?
if you are rooted and have Qualcomm cpu you can try the Sony 3D Creator (no idea if it will work ) check here for a guide

3d creator didn't work for me. The easiest and cheapest way to make a good 3D scan is to use Xbox Kinect in combination with a good 3D program (Artec Studio for example or any other post-processing 3d software compatible with 3D sensors). At least I managed to make this 3D print

Yeah it would have been cool if diamonds were made to play games on them like I-****..
If you've played Tony Hawks 2 and Xtrakt, the graphics don't get a lot better imo. Unless there are the mysterious missing drivers. Though I'm not sure if OGLes has suffered from the lack of drivers and the above two games make calls to OGLes...sooo, anyway, I would wait for a Snapdragon HTC, or Tegra HTC phone.
Have you ever really needed a copy of a document or diagram? Usually the easiest way to do it is to take a quick picture of it with your phone. However, this usually results in poor quality pictures, misaligned text, improper framing etc.
What I propose is an application that corrects these problems like so:

There are two open source tools that do it (http://unpaper.berlios.de/ and http://scantailor.sourceforge.net/ ). I was wondering if these could be ported to Android?
Did you try any of the other "scan" utilities on the market already available? Did you contact the dev's of those applications and see if they are working on a port or would be interested.
I can't find any scan utilities on Market... Do you have any names?

I'm a new developer on Windows Phone and my first app, myScoreboard, is now live on the marketplace. It is a free scorekeeping app for baseball games. Basically I was tired of going to local games and the scoreboard not working, so I made this app.
I am also developing another app for pace of play for a round of golf. I expect to be done with that one in the middle to end of this month.
