Hi Are you Getting Blue Screen?
If yes Please try to first install cm10.1( preferably Mardon's) Then flash the recovery and then flash the cm11 rom

INSTRUCTIONS
First time installing MoKee OS to your MI 5S or coming from another ROM:
Make sure you have unlocked your bootloader
Flash a TWRP recovery via Fastboot
Push GApps (arm64) and the MoKee OS zip to your device
Boot into Recovery
Do all wipes (dalvik cache, cache, system, data)
Flash the MoKee OS zip from SD card
Flash GApps for Oreo 8.1 from SD card
Reboot
Don't restore system data using Titanium Backup!
Restoring Apps + Data might cause problems and is not recommended, avoid it if possible!
DON`T WORKS:

You'll meet error message at every boot (vendor problem), don't mind if rom works well, that's not problem

I understand that use the source of Lineage OS for RR, in a few words the phone call does not work
it happens that the phone call is a stock code and tdm can not do anything to solve it for the moment

the ROM RR no longer updates the patch in the nougat version.
but do not worry, I'll build RR oreo when it's stable sources

it works but there is no internet. with this rom i have to use usb tethering.
this is why i told you it's not working. the internet isn't available on hotspot

Bro , Hotspot Is Working , Tap For 2-3 Second On Hotspot Icon And Switch On Extend Campatibility Option , Then It is Working..
