[Q] adb doesn't work for me on w8 pro n

Hello,
my problem is that, adb doesn't recognize my phone, and i wanna change my radio firmware...
i use this tuto, without any results.

It seems that adb is not found, you should add adb's directory to the PATH environment variable in Windows. After that, type "adb devices" in the command line, and you should see the list of connected devices.

I am using Script]Ultimate Super-Cid Script to do on my HTC one international version, but I met below issue, anyone could help thanks.

Have you unlocked the bootloader? It's easier to use the commands directly, at least you know what stage goes wrong.

Are you S-Off?
If you are then drop the phone into fastboot and run
fastboot oem writecid 11111111

[Q] Need help, unable to get out of boot menu M7

I have requested a HTC repair on my M7 as the top speaker has blown.
I had rooted, S OFF, Unlocked ect..
The first and only thing i have done is reset S-OFF to S-ON via ADB. As soon as i had done this, my phone rebooted and refuses to get past the fastboot menu. I had to cancel the HTC repair as i am totally stuck!!
Any help on this will be very much appreciated.

I have big problem with my M7 because it is entering only to recovery mode.

My computer can charge this phone but can't recognize USB device.
What can I do in this case?

Flash the 7.19.401.51 RUU (look at the sticky threads in the general section)
This will reset your phone back to stock and update it to te latest version at the same time.

My friends phone just did this to him out of the blue. I told him I'd try to work on it for him so I have arrived at the bootloader unlock solution as I was going to try to flash the factory image for him but I get this message at the oem unlock screen to do this:

Check 'Allow OEM Unlock' in Android Settings > Developer
This is impossible because the phone cannot be booted. This phone has never been modded, it just up and quit on him. I already went through recovery to wipe data/user and it still meets with the above screen.
My theory is the flash must be hosed. Any suggestions?
