Phone Stuck On Startup Screen - Sprint Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Questions & Answers

I was downgrading from 8.0 to 7.1.1 and I used Odin. The process worked and Odin said it completed properly. The phone restarted and now I haven't been able to get past the Samsung screen during bootup. Any recommendations?

[Q] samsung galaxy note loads to logo screen and stays there

samsung galaxy note, uk model will not load up, it stays at the samsung logo screen. I tried to hard reset and was unable to get to any other screen other than the samsung logo screen, so that was unsuccessful. I then downloaded odin3 v1.5 and firmware from sammobile: N7000XXKKA_N7000CPWKK3_N7000XXKK5_HOME.tar.md5
i followed this post on how to flash:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1389693
after i completed the process, odin stated "pass" the phone restarted but still remained at the logo screen, so that was unsuccessful.
i dont know what to do next. Its been three days since ive used my phone. please help.
thankyou
Take your battery out for about 20 mins. If that dosent work
Try a reset. If that dosent work.
Try flashing
again.

Looping on first screen

I have a T-mobile 910T that starts to boot by giving you the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 screen, goes blank, vibrates once, then starts over.
I was able to flash via ODIN 3.09 to stock 5.11 (N910TUVU2DOK2 (Lollipop 5.1.1) ) and it said it was successful, but it does the same thing!
Battery was charged to 100%.
Any ideas?

Tried to flash and upgrade a 4.4.2 AT&T SM-G900A using Odin - won't boot now

Hi everyone,
I've had numerous problems with OTA updates with my AT&T SM-G900A since I got it. I'm not in the US anymore and my phone was unlocked, so I thought "hey, how hard could it be" and tried to flash it.
I used the following binaries that were posted here a couple of days ago: http://forum.xda-developers.com/att-galaxy-s5/general/g900aucs4cpa2-odin-files-em-hot-t3372388
I ran them through Odin3 3.09, and got a PASS - but the phone is stuck at the boot logo screen ("Samsung Galaxy S5 Powered by Android" screen).
Download mode still works, but normal booting, recovery booting and safe mode do not.
Any suggestions on what I could do?
EDIT: I used the stock image located here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2714455 to reflash it using Odin again. It seems to have worked, though all sorts of apps were crashing. I've just done a factory reset and am in the process of restoring it, but it seems promising for now. Never trying to update AT&T crap again.
Hey man, are you still having troubles? I just rooted my Sm-G900A, and then decided to use Odin to flash it with the 5.1.1 files. So this is what happened to me:
1: Flashed AP with the 5.1.1 file, passed but stuck at the Samsung Logo- Powered by Android.
2: rebooted into download mode and flashed "BL" or Bootloader with the 5.1.1 file and I got passed that screen. Now I'm waiting for it to optimize my apps.
My guess is after we flash the AP file we then have to flash the bootloader as well. So if you haven't tried that I'd suggest it to see what happens.

Galaxy Gear stuck in Downloading... loop.

So, I bought a used Galaxy Gear the other day, and while reading up on it, I realized that it was never updated to the Tizen update. Kies didn't want to update it, so I looked into flashing it myself. I rooted the device, and everything seemed fine. Once I attempted to go into the new recovery mode, though, it would just reboot the device into the normal Android interface. I tried again to flash the proper ROM using Odin3, but now the device seems to be stuck on the Downloading... screen. When I attempt to restart the device by holding the power button, it turns off for a second, shows a grainy image of the Downloading screen, then goes back into the full Downloading screen.
Anything I can do about this, or is the device broken?

Soft bricked sm-t813

I'm trying to help a friend out who's s2 tab seemed to have gotten into a bootloop. Unfortunately he didn't have the oem lock turned off, so I can't install twrp. It gets to a "installing system update" screen and reboots. I've tried downloading the official firmware from samsung and flashing it thru odin. It passes but goes thru the same loop after.
Any ideas?
