Sorry to say but For 1gb variant might b impossible to run it
I can make it run smoothly with gltools.....but im unable to start the game...as it says not supported

It is working quite fine and provides a very very less laggy experience. Actually you can experience smooth gameplay and even kiss some asses out there and get the chicken dinner. All in all it's a good bet as long as you're on miui. Rest assured i will be marking pubg gameplay on my 2 gb variant very very laggy on custom rom(s)(just tested on RR noughat)

Well PUBG's minimum requirements is 2GB ram.so in my device sometimes it lags sometimes doesn't lags.but I use GFx tools for PUBG and it works smooth.I am currently running my device at lineage OS 15

Yes,am using gltools in 2gb varient,its smooth but not literally It will definitely work if u fake ram, and gpu.
My tweaks.
Anti-aliasing- force disable
Optimise glsl shaders
Enable texture decompression- All
Enable texture decompression- decompressed only
Downscale textures- disable
Fake gpu- adreno 430
Fake ram- 4gb
Fake cpu- 4cpu
Also check Pubg in-app graphic settings bcoz sometimes default might be lag

Bro even though you manage to bypass the minimum requirements to play the game its gonna lag like hell.
I'm using the 2gb variant with lineage os and i use gfx tool to reduce the graphics , in my phone 1 GB is reserved by system process and another 1GB is exclusively for pubg , the minimum ram required to play pubg at least little smoothly is 1.2 GB and your ram itself is 1GB and the system process is gonna hog everything
My suggestion for you is if your gonna try the little experiment by tweaking the ram storage using gl tool and you succeed, my recommendation is you change the rom to lineage os make sure you don't install gapps (Google apps) nor any other app , make sure your phone is rooted and download airfrozen from play store and block all the apps except system from running in background and run the game using gfx tool from playstore and run in absolute low graphics

i have removed some of the system apps that i don't use
i.e theme chooser a-theme fm radio and so on. make sure you know how to use root explorer. and most important make sure you know which system apps can and cant remove. if you do remove a system app that should not be removed just re flash you rom and all system app will be restored.

GDX have a script that moves apps and dalviks-cache to sd-ext and that can increase your i/o score and space in internal memory.
To use that script just make ext partition next to fat32 on your sdcard.
You can do that through ClockWorkMod on by partition tool running on linux like Gparted.
Partitioning your sd will wipe all your data from there so make backup before you try.

p.s the nfs apk and sd data that i have put up here came from xda forum and is still there i think it because this is a modified nfs for our low ram not the paid nfs hd apk

I flashed with Odin the Russian Firmware Android 5.1.1 for G800H.
It runs flawlessly and fast (i only use one sim) and kept all my data and apps that also were updated.
But system info and test programs as a1SDbench or Antutu shows only 1024 mb RAM.
The device has 1.5 gb RAM.
Is that a bug in the firmware? i´v read in other sites other users had same problem.
Any info on the subject?

Same here, same phone model but I use the Indian Firmware instead. The performance is fine, I use two chips. But the total amount of ram memory in the system is now 1GB, and I'm 100% sure that's my device showed 1,5GB before the upgrade. That's very odd

im using the Indian one too but free ram is 200mb without opening any app and i cant open two apps at the same time without killing one of them

Your device is exactly the same, I mean the S5 mini DUOS? There is a S5 mini version single chip, I'm not sure if this ROM can be used in it.
If so, maybe you have to hard reset your device to properly work, I didn't need this time but I have to in pasts updates. My free ram is about 250mb constantly, regardless the open apps. The device is running in very good performance like never before and the battery duration increased. The only strange thing is the total amount of RAM in the system, showing 1 GB instead of 1,5 GB like before.
Any news about that? Is a just a minor bug but not affecting the performance?

ive made a swap with ram manager pro
working great now
I had same issue, so i installed smart manager ported from my note edge. I now see that ram is complete, 507MB is reserved. I dont know why it was reserved.

If you have root, try to turn it on manually in config files in /data/data/game_folder
so what exactly would "high framerate mode" even do? the only thing i could imagine would be to significantly lower graphics settings in order to boost framerates...

It's not about the gl tools version. In the app info of mobile legends, give the storage permission. It work's 100℅ on the newest gl tools versions also, paid or free. This took me 24 hours and 5 rom flashes and multiple reinstalls to find out. Lol..

You won't be able to if you don't use TWRP or NoCheck recovery.

The only case I wouldn't mind skipping is if they release Android p this year for mate 10/pro ...
I think 8.1 is coming, just not now. They only promised GPU turbo in July/August, not 8.1. it's just the Chinese Ron that included GPU turbo and 8.1 in one update that made everyone think it will arrive together. But who knows.

Flashed this on my ALP-L09 without rebrand:

2-System.img from Bla-l29c432b146 (from OP)
3-Cust and Version from Bla-l29c432b146 (flashed with Hrupdater), this might not be needed but flashed it just in case because the game suite app is in the update_all_hw.zip, so I falsed it and renamed some folders in version partition from Bla-l09 to Alp-l09 and in /data/hw-init.
Conclusions:
I tested Asphalt 9 with Gamesuite enabled and I can see that the game is smoother (way smoother, In QHD resolution and game settings set to High quality, Loading times also shorter) compared to when I tested It on the Latest approved stock for ALP-L09.
need more testing but the phone runs smoother.... perhaps its just because its a fresh installaltion.
Please, don´t try to do this if you don´t know what you're doing.

No, this is just 8.0, they will release 8.1 later on. They did the same for the Chinese models, firstly they released 8.0 with gpu T and then 8.1...
Regarding the gpu Turbo, if it works as they explained in all those articles in several websites, it should work with every single game and every single app the makes a heavy usage of the GPU as they basically reworked the graphics framework and drivers to get the improvements, it's not something that only depends on wether the game is supported. I guess they say it's only supported officially by some games because they adapted them to fully seize the gpu turbo boost but even so, any other game should experience some boost. At least they should if they gpu turbo works as they explained in the articles, otherwise, this is just marketing bul**** from huawei...
Something interesting I found out was that the Gamesuite app didn't let me add any of the benchmark apps(antutu, 3d mark...) but it let me add any other app like WhatsApp, twitter... I find this really interesting, why do the block the benchmark apps?
I don't think it was placebo with asphalt 9, this game is new and I've been playing it for the last month on the non gpu turbo ROM and I jused to experience some frame drops and stuttering on some tracks.
With this b146, those stutters are gone, also the divice heat is lower.
So, if these improvements I felt are just because the rom is more optimised, then the gpu turbo is fake, at least according to the up to 60% of performance improvement they claimed to achieve.
Will see if they give more explanations on why only some games support this when, according to their explanation on how gpu turbo works, every game should be supported.

I installed it to BLA-L29 C432, but this firmware have Xloader 02 and you cant downgrade. And we dont know if it´s a beta or not, so its possible that you cant upgadre via oficial OTA. Be careful.
If you want install it, make it with HWOTA8.
Hello guys after a research i found on an other xda thread dedicated for xiaomi there is a way to flash with TWRP the new adreno 530 driver

On aidai 64 app i can see after flashing it that my adreno driver
Was update to v313, before i was on v2xx
Here is the link of the good version i flashed on my H870 oreo.
You could have a try and to restore defaut just dirty flash rom with twrp again.
I have no problem since i tested it

I'm on testing but it was reported that game smoothness was improved, and some user with oneplus 5 had 20k more point on 3d game with antutu

I think you have ro flash each time you flash system partition cause thoses files arr located in system/vendor partition
To check just download aida 64 app and in display section you can check your GPU version
does it support vulkan api ?

Thanks! Figured as much just wasn't sure the partition that held that driver - but assumed it was system.

Did you have issues with always on display guys?
Running stock Oreo, with xlosed, magisk v16.0, some other things, works fine (Advanced Calling Video Call kept stopping, but I just disabled it and solved that XD) anyway Antutu total score went up by nearly 40k points! (GPU alone went up by just over 10k!) Impressive...
Edit: welp, the images are backwards but you get the point...

did u feel any lag in Oreo? I try V20B with xposed, Melina kernel, but it very lag, more than Flumics so much

I notified lag before flashing this, but after flashing I haven't noticed anything, I'm on v20a, still don't have a flashable zip for v20b on us997
