Installed TWRP but I can not load into it anymore

I think I killed my phone, I have the huawei P9 (EVA-AL00). I unlocked the bootloader and installed TWRP.
I flashed CM12, and different versions or the Huawei OS. at some point I must of broke with phone as now I cannot even get to the huawei built in recovery system. TWRP is gone, I reflashed that but the phone will not shut off to boot into recovery. It will stay at the "your device has been unlocked and cant be trusted" screen and just says your device is booting now... But nothing happens. When I press the power button to shut it off it just does a double vibrate and goes back to the same screen. Any ideas? ADB commands do not seem to work, only fastboot commands work. I tried to flash other roms and I get FAILED (remote: partition length get error) errors when flashing system.img files.
Please help.

I have had the exact same issue with my Huawei P9 (EVA-L09) and thought my phone is gone for good, but I managed to solve it by force upgrading to the default ROM. Check this thread:

Hi everybody,
I'm struggling with this P9 plus of a friend of mine.
He gave me the phone already OEM unlocked, rooted and with a working TWRP Installed.
I downloaded and updated to lastest stock-firmware (Android M 6.0) and lost (as expected) root and TWRP.
Now I'm trying to install back TWRP on the device, but without success. Flashing the recovery through fastboot works itself, but when I reboot (into recovery with power+vol up)
I always crash into the Huawei eRecoveri, with the Emui Logo.
I've repeated the process I don't know how many times, but I can't fix it. I've been googling around for answers, but without luck. Furthermore, I've read that the only "safe way" to get into TWRP is to use apps that need root, but I need TWRP to get root back.
Please help, 'cause I don't know what to do...
Same here, stuck with nougat, no erecovery (Getting package info failed).
Can't start in bootloader using v- power. Google is not my friend anymore etc....
Bootloader unlocked.
Edit: solved. Using srk tool to unlock bootloader using power +vol — at same time. The tool forced to enter bootloader. I saw that Windows 10 detect the phone even in stuck mode and srk tool could pass command lines when phone rebooted . Now i debrand and can flash another twrp to downgrade.

Try to use the Multi-Tool for team MT,maybe it will help you to unbrick your phone,i`ve used yesterday to unbrick a Honor 5C NEM-L21.You will need the update.zip for you phone and Huawei Update Extractor.
Or try DC Phoenix
Huawei Ascend P7 - can't boot into recovery mode, only fastboot & rescue mode present
Hi altogether,
system:
Huawei Ascend P7 with external 64 sd card
Android 4.4.2 (KitKat), EMUI 3.0
what I've done:
Booted into bootloader
Code:
adb reboot bootloader
Unlocked the bootloader (at least in fastboot mode it says Phone Unlocked)
Code:
fastboot oem unlock XXXXXX
Flashed custom TWRP recovery
Code:
fastboot flash recovery xxxxx.img
I tried this with three images offered here https://forum.xda-developers.com/ascend-p7/development/recovery-t2811965
Code:
fastboot reboot
problem:
When I'm now trying to boot into recovery
Code:
adb reboot recovery
I always land in fastboot & recovery mode. This happens even when starting the phone with VOLUME UP + POWER Buttons, after which I would expect to get into the recovery mode.
Can anyone help me with this?
Many Thanks in advance.
Solved
I was helped in another forum. Actually I got a Huawei Ascend P7 Mini (L11) and the recovery images I first tried were not working for my phone, because they are designed for the "normal" P7.
But after flashing a correct image for my phone it is working fine.
Unfortunately I just regocnized that I can't post URLs here before having made 10 posts. But the link to the image can be found here on xda-developers

Hi, sorry for this but I need some help, already search for a way to install TWRP using Ubuntu but I got stuck after trying to install TWRP.
Already
Installed Fastboot on Ubuntu
Downloaded TWRP and change its name to recovery.img
OEM Unlocking and USB Debuggin
Connect my Huawei P10
Reboot to Recovery Mode Using Terminal
Code:
adb reboot bootloader
Now here is my problem
Code:
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
after writing this my device get stock in "wating for device" and nothing happens.
On my Huawei P10, when it start into Recovery Mode you can read
"FRP UNLOCK (GREEN)
PHONE LOCKED (RED)"
Don't know if I have to install Huawei Drivers for Ubuntu, and if this is true, don't know how to install them. Or is there a different problem for this?
I really will appreciate any help.
The screen you describe is fastboot mode. The easiest way to enter recovery mode is by the command adb reboot recovery. However your fastboot screen indicates your bootloader is locked, so there is no way to flash twrp until you unlock it.
Your phone is locked as Fastboot said. You need to unlock it with Fastboot command "fastboot oem unlock UNLOCKCODE". You need your unlock code, if you don't have it, you need to request it from Huawei.
Officially Huawei doesn't provide these codes anymore, but maybe you are lucky and they send it to you.
Otherwise you can try DC Phoenix, a payware tool. Here you won't get support for it, they have official support if you pay.
