Oreo ROM for 3T with good performance? - OnePlus 3T Questions & Answers

Sorry for asking that, but I need this information.
I am a very happy user of Sultanxda's LineAge OS with which I never had any problems. Battery life, camera, performance, stability, everything is perfect.
Now sultan has changed to Pixel phone and quits development for my lovely OnePlus 3T
I need a perfect Oreo ROM now which has great battery life, performance and is really stable without making problems.
Which would you recommend? Omni? LineAge, resurrection remix ..... ?
Thank you so much for your help!!! And sorry again for asking that.

Omni is good too. More customisations than Los

Whats Your Favorite Rom ?

I just bought a OnePlus 3T. Whats your favorite rom and why ? I have no clue which one to flash.
Thanks for your help in advance !!
Personally, I'm always with official OOS or FreedomOS because it already has everything I need.
However, if you are kind of adventurous users, you can try custom ROM such as Ressurection Remix, Official LineageOS or Tesla.
:highfive: Welcome!
Oneplus 3t come with Android 7 Nougat Which The newest operating system! But unfortunately Xposed Framework does not work on it for now so for me the best rom for now is the unofficial-cyanogenmod-13 otherwise the stock OxygenOS + franco Kernel is recommended!
Good luck!
I tried a lot of ROM ;
Ressurection Remix is good for customization and is pretty good
TugaPower is maybe the most popular ROM but when i tried it, i didn't find a lot of customization like RR but the app named Viper for the sound is interesting (But Tuga is a good ROM anyway ^^)
Tesla is for me one of the best, a lot of customization, good battery and performance and very smooth
But finally i get back on OOS with franco kernel because is the most stable and i wanted to try franco kernel and i love it
I advise you to try a lot of ROM and then you gonna find your favorite ROM.
I use LineageOS. I have used CM 14.1 in Galaxy S5 and I like LOS 14.1 for my OP 3t. I feel much safer using an open source ROM than using a Chinese closed source one...
Also I use Fusion Kernel which speeds LOS up and gives me a somewhat better battery life (not measured though, just what I experience)

[Q] What is a good daily driver?

Decent amount of customization
Good battery life
Stable
No bugs
Thinking of trying Zenity RR again, any good roms that have these features ^^
AOSPA
OOS (nougat since Oreo has some bugs rn)
Sultan's lineage 14.1
And I used legend ROM for a while which is pretty stable.
You cannot achieve all the qualities in a single ROM. You will see decent amount of customization in resurrection remix ROM but you will not have camera quality as close to oxygen OS. You can try Sultan CM 14.1 for good camera but you will have less customization. Hence
The solution to your problem is that you must use stock rooted ROM with msgisk and various mods and change kernel for best battery life.
OOS 4.5 with Magisk and Boeffla kernel

Decide your priority first. For me I cannot ignore the best camera quality found in stock OOS as I have flashed and used almost every ROM for oneplus 3t and tested the camera quality. Sultan CM 14.1 and paranoid do the job well but not as good as oxygen OS especially in low light.
If customization is your priority, then go for resurrection remix based ROM like zenity OS.

Good nougat rom?

So Im switching back to nougat because oreo has issues.
Looking for a good rom with a good amount of features, not crazy amount also a stable rom.
and also decent battery life. doesnt need to be great because i use greenify, naptime and ill prob install a custom kernel.
It really depends on what you want from the rom. LineageOS is always a good choice unless you need something special.
SlimRom....love it and up to date.
Went with Luis Resurrection remix thanks guys
Let's start from the source of the problems.
What sort of problems do you have with OREO?
Everything works great for me and many other users.

What's the most stable ROM/Kernel for the Redmi 4X?

Hi guys, I'm looking for a stable AOSP ROM, better if it includes OTA Updates and some customization...
As I've seen, most people download NitrogenOS and Clarity Kernel, but I don't really like NitrogenOS, I prefer Resurrection Remix, I just don't know why so many people choose NitrogenOS, What features does it include that others don't have? I've read that NitrogenOS has Camera2Api already enabled, which is actually good and also it has F2FS support and it includes the FM Radio.
Do these features come on the other AOSP ROMs out there like Resurrection Remix? RR is my favorite but I don't know if It's the best right now
Which ROM of the forum is the best for daily usage, I mean fast, with no bugs and neither lag, etc.
Also which kernel is the best? Clarity, Gabriel, etc. Which one is the best for AOSP Oreo?
Pixel experience os
I am using pixel experience os and it's awesome, great performance and battery life :good:
Latest cosmic oreo, firmware 34, clarity 3.2. Nothing beats it. Try it, and thank me later... ?

Tried both aex and dot os in new phone. Aex is little better overall. sot on aex is good but not like miui 9. But both not turning on fingerprint after deep sleep. Anybody have any solution?

Stable Oreo Rom?

Guys can you tell me which oreo rom is the best for our mi max 2? (I need better battery life with better performance like miui official roms). I am using Dot os right now. Devlopers please tell me your best opinion.

Follow this thread, performance for Oreo roms will be updates soon. :good:
Is there any Oreo rom that has working in call volume controls? In my opinion, it is pretty crucial feature.
Lol it's pretty much the only bug on oreo but all people keep pointing it out.
Resurrection Remix bro. Im using it right now flashed it yesterday and it twice faster than the stock MIUI...
I've always been a fan of RR, but yesterday I installed msm xtended and it is so much better. I recommend installing hardrock kernel along with it.
