I know.
I don't have the file otherwise it would already been available in the RUU collection thread.
The cheapest subscription is 5$, not that much expensive.
Then you can share the file with us in the RUU collection thread so the next guy with the same version don't have to pay again.
Sorry, I know it sucks but it's all HTC's fault for not providing factory images (RUU) to their customers.

I wanted to install a new rom via TWRP but I haven't been able to mount /system or/cache so I tried to install Stock Rom using RUU_M7_UL_K44_SENSE55_MR_HTC_Europe_4.19.401.9_R_Radio_4A.23.3263.28_10.38r.1157.04L_release_353069_signed_2-1 but it stops at checking headers.
What can I do?? Please help me asap.

Use TWRP Format data, reboot recovery then adb push and try to flash your rom again. What version of TWRP are you using?
That RUU should work for you but you'll need to fastboot flash 3.xx.401.x or 4.xx401.x firmware first :good:
Also you should edit your first post and censor your Serial number Don't want to make that public.

This is a Stock Nsndroid backup. You will need to unzip it and copy the folder to your TWRP backup folder and use the Restore option in TWRP to restore the backup.

This is an encrypted file, its not corrupted. You can't open a signed (encrypted) ruu and you don't need to open it, just flash it.

Can anyone tell me where I can find the right RUU for my device? I accidentally whiped my OS this morning . I can get into my bootloader and TWRP, so I'm thinking installing the appropriate RUU will do the trick, right?
Do I have to gain root first, or am I good to go?

Look down the list for 7.19.401.22
Note, installing the ruu will wipe the device (all data, twrprecovery etc)
I think you're good to go, but perhaps others will offer suggestions
Or just flash a ROM. If you have TWRP 2.8.6 or newer, you can easily transfer your ROM.zip to your phone, and just flash away
