I did a video testing app launch speed between the Huawei Mate 20 Pro and the Samsung Galaxy Note 9. I also test out face unlock speed and run a geekbench test:

mate 10 pro: waterproof big battery better camera
mi 8: excellent display, powerful processor , adreno smoother than mali, better price, overall mi 8 is best

depend if you use gcam + different rom you may improve sound video recording
on stock miui is normal
I did a speed test with these phones to see which one is faster, there's a significant difference between these 2 phones however the Benchmark scores are somewhat odd.

Single core cpu geek bench does not make sense. Dont they both have the same snapdragon 855? The pro is supposed to have better cooling too. That's a huge difference is score.

S10+ has vapor cooling, unlike the regular S10 and S10e... The 855 S10+ runs cool, can't comment on E9820 variant.

It's the 8GB RAM variant running on the Snapdragon 855 while the S10 Plus also has 8GB RAM and is running on the Exynos 9820 chipset.

Do you want a slightly faster UI or better camera? For me, the great software and community of the OP7Pro won out, but if you take a lot of pictures, S10 is a great choice. That being said, if you really want a good camera, pixel 3A is WAY better than S10 camera for half the price...
