You enabled the find my device right? I too got this issue. Solution is simple.
In the keyboard you can change language to get english qwerty.
I dont remember but the key near left of space changes it. Try

Tried the rom its faster than miui 9, camera too good.
Please enable the option to change screen round corner or normal corner like in miui pro. And when I change font using fontster app system wide the fonts are not changing. In miui 9 it was ok.

yeah,you are right!
first install rom,must new BB!
now you can install "Beautify patch"
----------------------------------------
if you don't like Beautify patch UI
you can install "Beautify back patch"
----------------------------------------
if you phone is joyos1.1.9 or other old joyos
you can first install "Old upgrade patch"
this patch is old to joyos1.2.1
--------------------------------------

With notification power widget (2 page), the text "Notifications" is a little big, so that it brakes into 2 lines, so ugly. Could you reduce the text size or change to "Notification", I think it will be more beautiful (screenshot attached)

there is no unlock sound..
the font size in notification panel and incoming call screen is little bit large..
as everyone knows it lacks multilanguage..
otherwise rom is super cool... hope these bugs will be fixed soon..

didnt notice the google calender sync...but been noticing the notification & ringtone staying on defaults...thx 4 feedback i shall see if can sort it out

all sorted...for google calender sync to work just flash gapps to change ringtone,notification sounds u have to go to settings>themes>edit theme(button at the bottom)>scroll down to sounds>press desired sound change>press 'select from other app' at the bottom...choose sound :good:

I was planning to port my miui on build 3 and AOSP, but as this is out, should I discontinue my ROM?

oh... do you have problem about display?
my mi5s has horizontal line on lcd display when swipe lcd up&down via my hand
(sorry for poor english )
I used it for my mi5sp, it is OK.
But only a bug, sometimes cannot wake up when flashing the ROM or backing up the rom.
So your should keep the screen on.

Works fine on Mi 5S 3/64. To change language, you can found language setting. Use the right button of the 3rd line in the main menu, then swipe to the "planet" and select ur language

kinda same... bar now appears when keyboard is on use... and wee arrow on the left, haven't seen that before on previous versions,

Seriously Does the Global play audio louder?
That alone would make me swap from eu to global never heard it, only read there were some small difference with a little more bloatware in global version.

Didn't the Android December security update also introduce something like this? Pretty sure it's an Android thing.

Hit your change input button and back out real quick and it should go back to normal. I'm using Swiftkey if that makes any difference.
Go bigger nonsense to put that down there on the keyboard .... It messes and is useless .... How to remove it?
