You need restore the backup EFS and persist

Did you lose volte when flashing various ROMs or going back to stock from different ROMs? If so, then the answer is probably. I had lost LTE and volte and this soak I'm on repaired that.

Still not sure what you mean? So you want to share your stock rom after u take the ota of lollipop or are u making a stock rom of the ota lollipop?

If believe that as long as u did a backup on twrp u will be able to. I have used twrp back ups for my m8 that my friends gave me. So i dont see why it wont work. You should be ok. @adrynalyne or @zathus what do you guys think?
I dont think twrp will work for non roor users and probably i will lose root after update too

I've made roms from nandroids in the past. So its possible, though I'd feel more comfortable extracting the image from Motorola.

you will have the bootloader unlocked so once u take the update flash twrp again and then flash supersu file from chainfire within twrp and u have root back.
Edit: If i am wrong please someone correct me but this is what it seems can be done.

He was so keen that he was gonna get lollipop soon so was wondering!
If you are rooted its fairly easy to pull the images... You dont need twrp for that as well... But it will only work on Unlocked Bootloaders...

I doubt it will even boot. And whoever wants to flash it has to be careful.
It's both sad and funny that someone who doesn't even own the phone made a first custom N build.

I got a soak invite yesterday for the T-Mo test, but apparently my current build wasn't eligible. I shouldn't be running an old build, but maybe? I'm on NCX26.7.

hi there i have the same issue, im now on bootleggers rom, everything is good, but lost my volte, i have no issue with imei,LTE is shown ont the top of the taskbar, but switch to h+ when im calling, so no volte.
I have saved all my stock rom (nougat) included EFS
When i go to secret menu *#*#4636#*#* informations .......everything is checked volte provisionnement etc...
when im looking to IMS statut there is a sh** no registration ims
can some one help me here

My volte working fine on older version of pixel experience ROM but when I update to new version my volte is disappear. Sorry for my bad English.

Hi everyone,
I just flashed LOS 16 & have everything working except for volte on a SIM card. It was working fine with stock EMUI until I flashed LOS. Things I have tried/done:
Modified build.prop to toggle everything related to volte ON
Phone Info screen shows Volte & all other options toggled ON
Tried a different working SIM from the same provider but had no success
Data works fine on the SIM. It's just that I cannot receive/make calls or sms.
Just wanted to know if Volte is even supported on LOS 16 & if yes, has anyone managed to get it working. TIA.
