Give to devs some time. With some time they can say if it's possible to port CM10 to our beloved device.

It should work if bootloader is unlocked with twrp.
Are there any original ROM zips should it go tits up?
Such a waste that nubia and meizu and other small brand phones have great hardware designs but crappy software and no development support
