As soon as I put my N7+ on charging, it lags very badly for about 30 seconds.
Is this known? or I am the only one

Hi everybody.
After about a year, my Tilt started having battery issues. I first noticed something was up when I would charge the phone with the battery at ~10%, only to look at it 10 minutes later...to see that it said it was fully charged.
Now, about 6 months later, I can't even take a call before it shuts off completely. I will be on it for roughly 2 or 3 minutes and it will power down. I can use the phone regularly, for the most part. However, in the past few days, even texting for about 10-15 minutes will make it power down.
If I try turning it back on, it will start to boot up, but get stuck at the RGB screen and power itself off again. If I let it sit for about an hour...it will turn on and the battery will show a high charge level.
Any suggestions, or any similar experiences? I'm assuming my battery is basically dying, and need to purchase a new one.

Batteries come in different prices and different qualities. While they are all Lithium Ion, some can be recharged a lot more often then others. I have had batteries that have lasted 2 years with a daily charge, and batteries that have lasted only six months.
Sounds like it is definitely a dying battery issue.
hey guys really need help after flashing a few times non stop, my diamond always heats up quickly now, while charging it heats up, soon as i switch on the phone it heats up. whats wrong with it?

you mean he becomes hot when you wake up or when you charge ?
When you charge it's normal, but when you wake up it, it's not normal xD
My phone keeps charging itself. It doesn't really charge but something is really broken with the phone. My phone says it's charging itself and 5seconds later it isnt. That causes my screen to go on and off and basically my screen wont turn off. When i have shut the phone down, it still has the charging logo and whatnot. Also the battery level sometimes just changes when i restart my phone.
^^I think that happens because my phone has got some liquid damage (was in some coke for a second)^^
^^All of that sometimes stops, when i use my phone for about 20 minutes with battery heavy apps. It doesn't work always but about 6/10 times.
I have bought a new battery so it's not that.

May be the USB port. Try cleaning it.

When in charging this device heats a lot, though it can charge through only a 15W charger. Even when battery is charged to 100%, it does not stop heating. I checked the temperature after 20 minutes from the time device was charged 100%( the charging cable was connected), But felt the same amount of heat even after it has been some time. Doesn't the phone come with overcharge protection?? My last device was poco f1 and it became super cold just after 10 minutes as it has been fully charged. Anyone facing the same issue or is it just me.
For now I do not have any issues related to overheating both during the charging or phone usage, however my battery drains a lot faster with Google app consuming as much as 20% in the background. If you are charging the phone overnight you can try disabling the Fast Charging mode and see if the overheating is still there. I do not have idea about over heat protection.

Do you have same issue still?
For me, after battery reaches 100% the phone eventually cooled down.

This problem does not occur anymore. I think one of the updates fixed it
Hey all,
One an another I am getting a weird situation with my phone. My phone is getting stuck and turning off while it is Fast charging. I usually charge my phone at 10% , after few minutes it is getting stuck and shutdown. The same thing is happening while i am in video call at low battery but it will not allow me to completely turn on the phone. For this I am leaving the phone in charge at shutdown state and some random minutes i am turning it on. Then it is working fine.
Note : I am using original charger, just replaced the cabel (original).
Please help me on this..
