This is a ported rom from g2 to nexus 5

Some libs are missing. That's why it can't boot (The libs are missing from port and base rom)
libmm-abl.so(couldn't load)
libmm-abl-oem.so(couldn't load)
libnetcmdiface.so (can't found)

This method is not perfect, much work will then be necessary to fix all the bugs, and nothing says that this method is functional rather than every time ....

Sense doesn't work and development has stopped.
And the other....does it exist yet?? Thought it was "soon"?
Maybe I'm wrong.
Just saying....not to discourage, but most ports of other manufacturer proprietary firmwares don't ever work out. Not without major unsolved bugs.
But yes, there's a discussion thread for this already.....another popped up recently, and was closed. And this one states [ROM] in the title...implying there's a rom available. Which there can't be if its still unusable, and kernel source needs to be linked.
I don't see why this was started when there's an established thread for this already??? This one.......

You can't post broken rom links. You could PM the link to people that agree to try it. Not post it in public. Then very new members will be saying their phone doesn't work after flashing your ROM. Get it?
And "spamming" a discussion thread, with on topic chat is perfectly fine. That's why its there. Discussion.
Also....not many others were posting in it anyway. Mostly just the same guys as here.
Moderators can decide. They know best. ?

Xiaomi Mi5 Nougat Rom?

Any idea when this will occur?

Soon. MIUI 9 is about to get released in first months of 2017. Eventually will have Nougat.
But... don't get to excited. I prefer to have a well optimized system instead of having lots of bugs like Nougat is having.
There's a reason why for example Mi5 is still at 6.0... let's just wait

Is Android NOUGAT (MIUI) for Xiaomi Mi5. I saw it on XDA, the guy said it works but have bugs. I did not tested it, cause I use XPOSED, but I will test it after Xposed is out for nougat MIUI.
If you install it and works please share some screenshots.

Was a reply to a question on a CM tread. You can search for it in CM officialy if the user who posted it did't edit it.

This new version is detecting that the ROM is for kenzo, and won't install it. Is there a trick to bypass this issue ?!

Guys I am the maintainer for ZCX TWRP and there are some issues still need to be fixed for kate devices. The one which is released is working well with the MIUI roms and having troubles with AOSP/CM roms. Once those issues are fixed I will release the TWRP in xda.

You have to delete the "Get device compatible" line from the updater-script of the rom.zip

Is it possible for you to include backup of more partitions? Like we have in alka? It would involve adding entries of partitions in fstab!

Great job. Have being using ZCX TWRP in Kate device.It works partially for now.

I can't install miui developer's ROM 7.1.5_5 or update by zcx for Redmi note 3. I have V6.12.29 installed.Please help.

Xiaomi updated their security patch. This means that either suhide or Xposed prior to v87 is causing problems for you. Flash suhide-rm and Xposed uninstaller and try again.

Oops, that's tough!

Kindly make comments and replies to the original thread under guides section so that you will get a rapid response from users. Myself I am not free these days to answer all the queries. I request the OP to send a request to the MOD to close this thread since this is a duplicate thread.
Note: I am not being rude or arragont, I don't care if there is a new thread started for my recovery but I am sending this message to the OP inorder to streamline the comments to a particular thread so that I can monitor it closely.

Android 1 ROM has been ported to the Redmi 4x from the Xiaomi Mi A1. It was ported by members of a Russian forum which is not allowed here on XDA (I think). Anyway, we all knew someone was going to port it to Xiaomi's other phones and apparently it's happening. Here's a little more information:

I haven't used it. I was just passing on the information. From the comments on the MIUI Forums thread it sounds pretty buggy yet.

if you are not going to give up this phone about rom,you have to use some chinese soical app to keep in touch with the mod rom developer,such us qq

I will not give up on this phone. I only need a better rom...Like miui 12. I would like someone to port miui 12 and keep it like that, with no future updates. I am happy with a good system but 0 updates. Lineage is also good, or Stock android. Android 10, or 11...

I can't load gsi roms. the phone remains in the nubia logo and hangs up. The computer sees the phone as qualcomm hs-usb 900e. Can you share a guide on how to install it? I want to install red magis os gsi rom

It's not good. The rom is not made for the phone. It's just a port. Many things won't work.
