[PORT][02072016][Ver 2.67] ColorOS Camera for KK/LP/MM

Color OS Camera​So i've seen many of you guys requesting ColorOS camera port for CM11s/12 (They tell it has better quality). Here comes ported camera apk for CM11s/COS12. This is initial version and support only image capture, everything else like burst mode/ video recording are still broken (most things work now :good. This is still work in progress project so those will be fixed later. I'm final year student so i don't have much free time so be patient. This mod contains various custom implementation (including workarounds) so i cannot guarantee complete functionality.

Working 4k recording with pause/resume support, HDR Recording, SlowMotion recording
Saturation,ISO etc settings
Hold camera shutter for burst mode
Hold on viewfinder to lock AE/AF

If you're using Kitkat based ROM, download version 1.8. Version 1.8 is last version for Kitkat (Although latest versions will also work, but i don't guarantee complete functionality)

To make Manual Focus work, you need either Camera HAL from Find7 or modified Camera HAL for our device. You can download it from Here (Flash it again to restore old libs)
find7HAL: Find 7 HAL is experimental but it is most compatible with this camera app. People reported that find 7 HAL breaks RAW images capture mode on CameraNext (though it works fine with this app).
CM_HAL_MOD: This is stock Camera HAL from CM11s/CyanogenOS 12/12.1 patched to support Manual Focus. This has no side effects and i would recommend you to flash this if you want more stable system and don't want any experimental stuff on your device.

Try being supportive.

Fixed all broken functions, download new APK from 1st post...
It took almost 4 hrs to fix them all. I haven't experienced Color OS yet so don't know all functionality provided by it so suggest me if you want them (though no promises )

I have installed the app on my OPO no root and with official XNPH05Q.
The gallery from app doesn't work. Besides when I take a photo I cannot find it on CM gallery...

U need to install quickpic or similar gallery app

It works on CM12, but no 4k recording. Also, there are no key features from ColorOS:
- no slow shutter
- no panoramas and high res photos
- no gif creator
But nice work.

It works on BlissPop cm12, quick pic it will reveal the photos

[Camera2] Nokia Camera with Pro mode, Slo-mo video for custom ROMs

The new camera app from Nokia with PRO mode has been ported to other phones. I've tested it on my G5 Plus running a custom ROM. Major features work as expected with all manual controls. It's a great alternative to Moto camera (especially on custom ROMs).
Requirements: Camera2 API (Level 3 support, which most custom ROMs for our phone have)

Noteworthy Features
• Full manual control (exposure, ISO etc.) over picture quality
• Slow motion
• Zero Shutter Lag (my observation)
Important stability notes: (G5 Plus)
• HDR doesn't work (when forced). Causes app freeze (& device freeze sometimes). Better not to use it. Same goes for the Beatification mode.
• Panorama doesn't work.
• Front flash doesn't work.
• Burst shot doesn't work.
Note: If any of the feature isn't working for you, provide the feedback with logs in the original thread to the dev directly. I'm not the developer of this port.

What ROM are you use?

Does not work on omni.

Doesn't work on RR rom.

Doesnt work on Nitrogen rom so I would say this is a no go for the Moto G 5 plus LOL

Works on stock, but stock camera is better. Although as the OP said, there seems to be zero shutter lag.

[Magisk] AOSP dual speaker mod - Enable 24 bit output for PowerAmp on PIE

As i see many people flashing the old oreo stuff from Whiskey on AOSP which result in many bug, i decided to make a module to enable dual speaker mod, pseudo-HIM mode, and Gcam - stereo recording mod on AOSP
Feature:
+ pseudo-HIM mode, should make sound better and DAC toggle work
+ Stereo recording
+ Dual speaker - no mic breaking
+ I still attach the Poweramp 24 bit mod in attached file
Note:
+ Not working with ainur or narsil or any mixer path editing mod
+ Can work together with the Poweramp 24 bit mod attached
+ May have some unknown bug, report if you have any

Hello everyone
After a bit of work, me and @legacyeah manage to bring the great Legacy Audio Mod by @Rizal Lovins, in the form of a Magisk Module for quick installing and removing. We also manged to fix some bug found in the original audio mod.​
Features:
* 24 bit output on poweramp
* enable 384 khz resampling
* Working audio recording in video
*Based on and improve upon Rizal Lovins Legacy Audio Mod on XDA[/COLOR][/COLOR]
Notes: DVC in poweramp is bugged so DVC only work with 192, 96,48,44.1 khz resampling rate. Other resampling rate will need DVC disabled
*IMO sound quality is better compare to stock pie, it feel the same as stock LG sound quality*
Confirmed working on Havoc 0402 + Ainur with no other Audio mod or AML , other rom and compatibility with other audio mod need more tester
How to install:
1. On an AOSP Pie rom
2. Have Magisk working (if you dont know what magisk is and how to install it, search Google)
3. Flash the provided zip through TWRP or Magisk manager (Magisk manager may has bugs causing the zip not flashable)
4. Reboot
5. Enjoy ! (Music player may need further setting for 24 bit output)​
Note 2: If you find any bug, please feel free to report but please remember if you use this mod with other sound mod (like Viper 4 Android, DTS..) the bug will be noted but no promise for it to be fixed

*18/2/19: add mod option to force enable HIM ( will cause sound distortion on normal headphone- dont complain)
*23/2/19: 24 bit mod HIM is now a separate module, you can install both module and enable one of your choice
*10/3/19: add 24 bit mod Dual speaker mod. Courtesy of @Dante63. Also cleaning up unnecessary file.
*6/4/19: With new device tree, AOSP now have working 24 bit output by default and HIM mode as well as DAC filter and sound preset working (with Ainur), those mod are depreciated. However, PowerAmp still need a mod to enable 24 bit output. Hence thread is updated with the necessary mod
*3/7/19: Add Pseudo HIM mod, dualspeaker mod, stereo recording.

I noticed that when i take any video from my device after installing this that voice is so much low when i play these videos on my device

Low volume on video recording has been mentioned quite a long time on AOSP Pie. Are you sure it happend after flashing this mod. if so please specify: which rom, which camera app and which sound mod did you use?

Actually audio recording was off when i use Gcam but was working well in other apps like snapchat and instagram. Now it works in every app but the recording voice is so weak.

So now all apps are having low volume recording or only the Gcam?
I wonder why this would happen because AOSP had low volume recording issue before.

I fiddled around with some settings. I fixed it. I have been using the 384kHz option with DVC disabled which works but sometimes I end up with the song skipping. I switched it to 192kHz with DVC enabled and that seems to resolve any issues I have. Why are the higher kHz options available if they don't work well or at all? Is it related to the way this mod is set up or how Poweramp is setup?

From my experience on stock, 384KHz drops it to 16bit and stops DTS from working.

Question Usefulness of extra features

I see no mention of MEMC and ai engine upscale like features in review can any real time user tell how does memc work with vlc player and Netflix or prime video and does ai engine in display make any difference or its all just waste?

For memc you gotta go to special features -> video toolbox -> manage apps.
Then add the apps you want, and you'll get a new swipable menu on the left when you're using the app. That has all the ai features, and you can test it yourself.

Themes / Apps / Mods Fix AAC codec option problem in Redmi Note 11

Redmi Note 11 supports AAC (Advanced Audio Code) but xiaomi or meme ui have limited to SBC in bluetooth as there is no option to enable AAC even trying to set AAC via developer doesn't seem to work____________
This Magisk Module fix the problem by setting AAC as default and SBC as an optional___________
