Team Win Recovery Project 3.x, or twrp3 for short, is a custom recovery built with ease of use and customization in mind. Its a fully touch driven user interface no more volume rocker or power buttons to mash. The GUI is also fully XML driven and completely theme-able. You can change just about every aspect of the look and feel.
This build was done in an attempt to provide a simple and functional recovery for tissot as a replacement for our currently broken official TWRP recovery. Please please please do not ask me to add treble support to this recovery.
A/B addon.d v2 support should be working properly in this recovery.

Broken??? It's working fine on my end. And if it's broken you can just use CosmicDan's recovery. So this thread is beyond useless

Yes official is broken and cosmic's don't detect internal storage in recovery mode So we need a simple twrp which don't have these issue

Well done, now we only have to wait for someone to make some ROMs.
I've been looking at the CM website but still no One Mini 2 in supported list.
Sense 6 is the first manufacturer ROM that I want to not replace!

You can not uninstall system apps. First: it make no sense, because after the next update they come back, second: your system partition is read only. Deactivate it and ready!

you need to have installed the latest fw.
soon i will make a new post.
The instructions may be helpful, e.g., need latest TWRP. Does that mean the TWRP 3.0.3-1 or the TWRP in the original post, and if so do you flash the twrp.img in the decompressed .rar file, or is there an extension change.
Thanks for the continued good work.
Code:
Warning! any damage done to your device is not my fault, use at your own risk!
Hi everyone, after seeing a lack of TWRP flash-able roms I decided to upload this, it is the latest stock rom of the Xiaomi A1, pre-rooted (although I attached stock kernel if you rather go root free)
Instructions:
First of all have at least 30% power on your device to avoid any power down during flash and possible bricking
1. In TWRP select zip and flash, please note that this will flash both A/B partitions (but not userdata partition)
2. After done, reboot
What's the use of this ZIP? if your like me and not always next to your PC to flash fastboot roms or if you want to return to stock or downgrade etc, you can do it using this.

Use this to boot TWRP (fastboot boot [twrp_Image.img]):
https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=962157660013069602
then flash this from external SD
http://www.mediafire.com/file/338o7cl72z52rzz/twrp-3.2.1-1-installer-tissot-FIXED_By_DroiDMester.zip
After that internal/external will mount fine, the key is having it flashed, otherwise they don't mount if booted

I have a question. After flash I directly flash stock boot.img, after boot to system and let everything settle down I boot back to recovery and it is now the stock recovery. Does this mean if there's OTA in future I can apply it?

I stumbled upon this gem of a ROM. It's CAF based and has a ton of settings. It will certainly suit anyone's needs.
Here's a nice video showing all the features: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7TCj8c0E7Dc
Ingredients used:
1. Device tree: https://github.com/AOSiP-Devices/device_oneplus_enchilada
2. sdm845-common: https://github.com/AOSiP-Devices/device_oneplus_sdm845-common
3. kernel: https://github.com/AOSiP-Devices/kernel_oneplus_sdm845/tree/neutrino
4. Vendor blobs: https://github.com/AOSiP-Devices/vendor_oneplus_sdm845-common
ROM sources on github: https://github.com/derp-caf
Telegram: https://t.me/DerpCAF
Download link: https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=6006931924117934304
Installation as usual for OP6:
1. Flash ROM zip in TWRP
2. Flash TWRP zip
3. Reboot to TWRP
4. Flash opengapps + (optional) Magisk.
5. Boot to system
Tested on my own decrypted OP6.
Note:
Some people had trouble after flashing the rom, they report it took them back to TWRP. If you have this issue, try following this procedure (thx @HatRiGt) :

Mine is on open beta, I doubt you will have problems if you have some newer version.

Do I need to update first to latest build before flashing this ROM? My device's current state is flashed OOS 9.0.5 twice then flashed Havoc ROM.
This ROM sounds promising because from what I have searched in google is CAF=good performance/less features and AOSP=more features/bad performance and now it is combined to one ROM that has good performance and more features as stated in the OP.

I guess 9.0.5 is fine. No need for full format. Just do a backup first of your current rom (so that you can go back if you dont like this one) and then follow the usual steps as for any other rom, nothing special. Just the steps from my first post.

No. I had ColtOS (which is AOSP) previosuly, I just did the usual wipe (data & cache) and flashed the zip.

Do I need also to do this wipe (data & cache) thing? And system is not to be wiped?
