Either way there is already a lineage release. This has absolutely no improvements from what is already released. Nor is considered original development as one Los is already released and maintained for this device.....

Just wanted to let you guys know that the Paranoid Android team just uploaded their Beta ROM for Hammerhead to their website! Probably as a Christmas present!
All credit goes to them!
If the Paranoid Android team-members want to create a thread themselves, I will ask a moderator to delete or close this thread.

So as many of you probably noticed, Meticulus the maintainer of CM13 and Lineage OS 14.1 for our devices decided to put all further updates behind a paywall which violates XDA rules according to the mod KennyG123 in this thread: https://forum.xda-developers.com/huawei-p9lite/help/thank-community-t3569063
Archived version in case it gets removed: http://web.archive.org/web/20170307...m/huawei-p9lite/help/thank-community-t3569063
It would be great if we could have a civil discussion and resolve these issues soon so that development and updates can continue smoothly.
Thanks for your attention.
This thread will only extend the drama. The future development plan is simple: donate to him so you get into the train... If you don't like that idea, the RR build is pretty stable and if you clean flash it you won't face any problems...
Nice and easy.
This thread is going to be closed, it is only going to cause problems.
Any discussion that needs to be had regarding all this is between moderators and people who break the rules.
As for those who want to develop CM/Lineage, the source is available.

Please don't post links without dev's permission. He might be testing the build before releasing it. Don't you think if it's quite stable he must've already updated the thread himself?
Hello!
I have been thinking about doing this for a while, so we can have access in a more organized way to all the Android 10-based ROMS that exist for our OnePlus 3/3T. Previously, I owned an HTC One M7, and I also posted a thread like this on its forum, which was very well received.
If you find other ROMs that I haven't put here, whether or not they are on XDA, let me know!
1 Lineage OS 17.1
2 Colt-Enigma
3 Nitrogen OS
4 EvolutionX
5 Havoc OS
6 MSM Extended XQ
7 Pixel Experience (unofficial)
8 Pixel Experience (official)
9 CesiumOS
10 BlissROM
11 crDroid
12 DerpFest
13 LuisROM
14 DescendantX
15 Bootleggers ROM (unofficial)
16 GZOSP and Validus
17 StatiXOS
18 MoKee
19 Pixel Experience (unofficial 2)
These are all the ROMs I've found. Also, I need your help to know what's happenning with the compatibility between Android Auto and Android 10-based ROMs for our phone, because the only ROM it works on is, in my experience, Nitrogen OS.
It would be great to make another thread like this about compatible kernels, but I'm not acquainted with them so I'll need a little bit of help.
I hope to be helpful!
Redundant. Look here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-3t/how-to/info-list-oreo-roms-kernels-available-3-t3688139 (Section Android 10)

Sir, you're absolutely correct that an excellent list already exists; however, I don't assess it as redudant as the linked thread is in the OP 3T general forum, and the OP 3 has not such a thread. I'm convinced you agree that we can maintain both threads.

I see your point, but since all listed roms are unified (some zip for 3 and 3T) the information as well as the efforts put in IS in fact redundant. I belive a stcky closed thread with only one posting containing a link to https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-3t/how-to/info-list-oreo-roms-kernels-available-3-t3688139 is the better solution then maintaining the same information seperatly in two different places.
As far as I know, there are no op3-only android 10 roms, but if such roms are available, they should go to a seperate thread in this forum.
Anyway: An extra-large THANX to you and all the xda moderators for tying to keep xda searchable and readable!
It seems to be funny that bunch of 10 rom but the only one developed so called EOL 10 kernel.
Back in May when topjohnwu joined Google, he was told he's not allowed to maintain Magisk anymore:
https://imgur.com/ozGMFbU
. For some reason, this information wasn't broadcasted widely.
Because of this, the Magisk GitHub has gone dry: https://github.com/topjohnwu/Magisk/
Today, I can root my OnePlus 8 running LineageOS 18.1 (or Android 11 in general) with Magisk and pass SafetyNet. Maybe we'll have some root with Android 12. But come Android 13, or even 12 if something changes, what will we do if Magisk isn't maintained?
I propose we fork Magisk and continue developing it from there. This thread exists mainly as a discussion about a possible fork.
Sadly, I don't know much about Android development myself. I've only gone as far as making a flashable ZIP (if even that) for a Moto Z2 Force Sprint APN fix back in 2018. Well, maybe it's time for me to learn (Full disclaimer: I am a FreeBSD committer/developer, more packaging work but some kernel/driver stuff also, but then Android is based off Linux not BSD).
To mods: Sorry for making another thread. I wanted to edit the title of my previous thread, but couldn't.
