Huawei P20 PRO ISSUE GOOGLE PLAY HELP!!!! - Huawei P20 Pro Questions & Answers

Hi, I am using CLT-AL00 (China) version of the Huawei P20 pro. For some reason, Android pay doesn't work on it. Whenever I add my cards which work on other devices such as Samsung galaxy s8+, it is stuck at: Verifying your card with your bank. I tried to disable/enable/clear cache google play services, delete/add the card to my google account, call the bank for authorization, Factory reset my phone, delete/redownload google pay. However, the same issue happens over and over. Please help.

Google Play Store on P20 Pro DF-DFERH-01 error

Hello,
I'm getting DF-DFERH-01 error when trying to launch Google Play Store on my P20 Pro. Got the phone from Chinese operator (China Unicom) and using VPN.
Play Store works well from the PrivateSpace of the same phone (But not from the MainSpace). Play Store also works well on another P20 MainSpace, purchased in China. I've tried all the methods proposed online (Delete cache, delete Google account, restart, factory reset...). Nothing works. Thanks for your help!

is your playstore status "certified" or "uncertified" ?
also, how do you install your playstore and play services ? i dont think CLT-L00 got play store in it to begin with.
Workaround
@Davidrxl
I managed to make it work! I did a phone cloning (using "Phone Clone" app) of the System and Play store apk from the P20 on which Play store was working. Still don't understand why I couldn't make it work by installing Playstore from scratch on P20pro...
So, find someone who has a P20 or P20pro (or maybe any other Huawei phone), on which it works and clone the system and Play Store.
@otonieru
Play Store is available from Huawei's AppGallery. Or you can download the apk from any other site.
I have the same problem on both an Honor Note 8 and a Huawei Mate 8 that won't get into the play store. I get nothing but DF-DFERH-01.
It seems to be a problem with oreo or newer. I reverted the Note 8 to nougat and it works.
Has anyone gotten play store to work on a Huawei/Honor running Oreo? If so then how? I don't understand what phone clone would be. I tried copying gms and playstore apks from my working nougat to my non-working oreo and no go. Same error, identical in every way. Tried clearing cache, several versions, gmsinstaller and so on...

N950f Google Pay

Tried to install Google Pay but the Play Store says the phone isn't compatible.
Note 8, Oreo N950F purchased form Australia and as far as I know the phone is as stock as they come (never rooted, bootloader is locked).
I tried clearing the Play Store and Play services data but no change.
Can't use Samsung Pay in Phillipines so it's no good.
Any thoughts as to why it's not letting me install?
Not really sure what to suggest, a quick look on Google does not help either.
Try downloading Google pay from APKmirror and see if it works that way.
Try contacting Google and ask them. As they are the ones who made the app in the first place.
try downloading it from apkmirror or maybe flashing the XTC firmware
I think the problem is that neither Google Pay or Samsung Pay is supported in the Phillipines.
Google pay only works in these countries:

Still no new Google Photos features?

I have an S10 (exynos, sigh).
And although there have been two play Store Google Photo updates since the new heat map feature was released, I don't have this feature in the Google Photos app.
I have tried:
- Restarting phone
- removing Google Account and readding
- uninstalling GPhotos updates (it comes preinstalled, so can't uninstall completely without rooting)
- clearing data and cache
(MANY combinations of the above, sometimes all of the steps)...nothing makes Google Photos look updated.
My wife's Huawei P30 Pro got the new features almost same day as to Google announcing the feature.
My secondary Huwaei P20 Pro also does NOT have the new features...could it possibly have something to do with my Google Account??
Thanks in advance for any pointers (as I really want to use that new Google Photos feature)
Update:
My Google account seems to be the problem... IPhone XS, P20 pro, Galaxy S8, Xiaomi Mi Mix 3
All show the "old" Google photos app.
But if I create a new Google account, BAM, new features on.
Anyone know why?

Will you update?!
Just got mine today. Updated and Google still works fine
I have a question - how do you rate this system? And the most important thing for me - is it possible to wake up the phone by double-clicking (double tap)?

Question Most Huawei apps don't work.

Hey, its been a few weeks since I got my Honor magic 3 Pro, imported from China.
For information I'm currently using it with my account in India region.
First things I've noticed is
I'm unable to access themes app on this phone, it says not available in your region, along with online music and other services.
Even on changing service region to other places like UK or Americas, I'm unable to access it, it just shows the preset themes.
Only China region works, but without an Chinese ID, I can't buy anything.
I can't even customized the themes.
However, the same Huawei account on a Huawei P30 Pro, can access everything in all regions, but themes, access online music etc.
So I would like help regarding this.
Secondly I've installed Google services (using youtube video by John Wang, followed for Huawei mate 40 pro) , but my Google play store doesn't detect my pre-installed apps, so I can't get any updates.
Also having old version of play store/ services means no Google payments and some apps don't work
Thirdly, blocking play protect notification via video methods, also block out notification from other apps, so any way around that?
I've found a workaround, for themes, I can change my region to China, download nd apply free themes, and then chance account region back.
However you can't buy anything unfortunately.
