I think my fingerprint stopped working after flashing magisk users of the aosp rom reported the same bug

Its the FIRST build so it doesn't have all features working.
My own goal for this build was having the phone basics working nothing else!!!
And for the magisk users: don't report the FP issue, it's known to stop working with magisk.

- Wipe system, data, cache and dalvik
- Update vendor image (copied from OP's own thread)
1. Extract v05_tone.zip (can be downloaded in OP)
2. Boot into TWRP

filemanager: yes i saw it myself. don't know why it now crashes cause on my previous build it was fine and i didn't added anything to it.
for battery drain: need some more informationfor getting the reason at the moment.
@mad_tom : that guy seems to blindly add every lineage rom to his list to get some clicks.

Introduction
Screw'd was created to be a more optimized and speedy ROM for Nexus & Pixel devices. We combine the best features with a slimmed down base to give you one of the fastest, feature-filled ROMs available. Screw’d is updated, compiled, and tested daily to ensure that we use the latest, stable code base straight from AOSP (Android Open Source Project). Installation instructions
1) Clean flash is always recommended.
2) You can dirty flash updates (though it's not recommended), but please uninstall any substratum overlays first. Do cache wipe after flashing.
3) Reboot to Custom Recovery, Wipe System, Data, Cache/Dalvik (For clean flash)
4) Click Install, select firmware, rom and any other zips you want to install, then swipe to (start) install.
5) It is reccomended to flash gapps before first boot, otherwise you might face force close for some apps

M using the old version of screed os 20180505 version this update was awsom but m having issue in new update 07 in this ROM gapps not working properly .m flashing gapps arm64 pico .but some time it showing error while flashing .and some some it install but working properly.only issue in playstore and nothing else .please give me some solution .you are doing greater work .I love this ROM . Be careful
the made of past on our own kernel build, backup your /vendor and kernel partiton BEFORE installed the ROMs.
The lineageos security patch is newer than Emui's. So the cmd "os_patch_level" is not the same as that of Huawei. I modified the build.prop to avoid all bootloop. Checked well before installing the rom that you have at least the version "ro.build.version.security_patch = 2018-06-01". If you have a version before this date, made the update emitted before or let me know, I prepared a script to fix it
The easiest way to know which version you have is to have ADB drivers to install: open a terminal command and type

@micky387 I would gladly download and provide a thorough feedback report for this ROM, but I'm waiting for a build with working fingerprint nav, as that is the one feature I absolutely must have. Will be keeping an eye on this thread though!

I had A nexus 5 and HTC M8. I really loved flashing ROMs but stop all that crazy stuff when I picked up this mate 9. I saw this thread and I have to admit I am feeling the itch. You said it your daily ......hmm, and the known bugs are not to bad at all.
Any advice or suggestions to an out of practice and not that smart flasher if ROMs?

INSTALLATION
1. Download the OrangeFox zip to your device
2. Reboot to your custom TWRP-based Recovery
3. Install the OrangeFox zip as a normal zip installer
4. The device will automatically reboot into OrangeFox recovery after installation (allow this to happen)
5. Enjoy!

Try restart Twrp OrangeFox. If not, try re-install twrp Orangefox. Check your OTG cable or connector, comparing when not using twrp. I always using OTG, it works.
I tried all, I have a pendriver otg and this only works with red wolf...

Try using OrangeFox 8.3. Try using other OTG media.
There's a newer version in there official website. Its working great. IT'S the best recovery. It works with treble, non-treble, miui. All in one. Good work ?

I installed the new version then installed the classic theme but when I rebooted to recovery nothing has changed still the new theme, which is kind of confusing.
I backup internal storage on sdcard. Do clear&wipe anything, change rom and restore internal storage successfull, but everything file in the internal storage is lost, like photo and video. Can help me get my file on internal storage back? I still save my backup data, the size 8gb.
