To start, this is my Homescreen
I use the Lawnchair-Launcher and the Delta-IconPack
This launcher is my favorite, because there are many settings, specially settings for blurrying objects of the launcher.

It looks like maybe it is launcher pro with different launcher icons...but I'd like to get the launcher icons to try out...can someone help me in finding them?

How would you be a able to intergrate it into nova launcher??? Like apply it like you would for sense.

This is not a launcher that I even use, but some of the work here was just so brilliant that I had to share. I didn't see an official Go Launcher theme thread, so forgive me if I just missed it. Hope you guys enjoy.
