So... I'll try here then. Does anyone know how to get WiFi calling on on the TMo klte variant? When I search it in the options panel it comes up but stuff is greyed out. Should be baked in and it appears to be but can't enable it for some reason. If I look for it via normal methods in the options it can't be found. Only by searching.

I don't think you are going to get much joy with WiFi calling, many have tried and failed. I think it's quite specific to the carrier.

I have tried and failed to get Netguard to work on the unofficial build which is also a VPN solution. I couldn't log a Jira against the unofficial build. Just haven't got around to doing so now it's official. It's odd because it worked on vanilla Oreo on my old Nexus.

I just tested
Connect to tor with vpn via tor app - connected but couldn't load web page (only did very quick test)
Connect to tor without vpn using tor app - works
Using a 3rd party vpn app (turbo vpn) - works

I tested NetGuard from playstore
I found it blocked all traffic regardless of the rules that were set
I don't know if it's an app issue or rom issue
Anyone experience bug using Bluetooth mouse and KB? Mine didn't show Pointer with mouse and Keyboard don't show as input entry but show as paired on Bluetooth settings

No. It causes issues. Stick with Official su, or Magisk which is unsupported officially.

Thanks @haggertk for this good work. I flashed on my wife's S5-DUOS.
Only 2 issues:
- Battery life is poor compared with LOS14.1 => I think is normal at this moment.
- I need to switch off WiFi before to start or restart the phone, if not, SIM isn't be recognized or don't connect to network.
For the rest, it works really well.
For people having issues with mic gain, the problem came from anti-dust / water protection. 3 years ago I suffered it and the solution was to make a hole trough the protection (of course you will loose the protection but at least the other person can hear you ).

Hi everybody,
I just wanted to say here that thanks to DanteGGs post in the lineageos 14.1 thread I upgraded my encrypted klte from LOS 14 -> 15.1
1) Manually download the 23072018 nightly, Oreo Gapps, and SUaddon.
2) Upgrade TWRP to latest (3.2.2-0), boot to recovery
3) Backup in TWRP
4) Wipe - Advanced Wipe - System (leave Data untouched)
5) Flash LOS, Gapps, SUaddon wipe Cache&Dalvik, reboot to system
That's it, this way I got to keep all the apps and settings and haven't experienced any strange behavior, errors, or reboots.
So the whole process also works if the phone is encrypted.
Yesterday i uninstalled suaddon and installed Magisk instead -- works as well together with titanium backup. ( I tried to hide su to enable some apps )

The company Cyanogen Inc. keeps the name and intellectual property of CyanogenMod, and they shut down infrastructure for CM. But since the project is open source, they don't own the code.
The original developer ( "Cyanogen", Steve Kondik ) is working on Lineage now. The developers of CM are the same, now on Lineage too. It's just a change of name, and separating from the company.
This is absolutely incredible! Thank you so much for your hard work, you have breathed new life into the device. Just wondering is there a workaround to use AndroidPay with this rom? If not, not to worry.
Especially in this build i see a different bootanimation, and the kernel has OC/UC features, more governors, the same like the Airless kernel, with the same freezing bugs on yankdemand/yankactive. The changes are more cosmetic i think. No reboots atm, deep sleep working, WiFi, BT too.
For now j4f, without ExtSD, SimCard, with Nano GApps.

Thank you #chipa. This lineage much better then cm14. Lock screen freeze fixed, gallery fixed, and less lag. But lineage is still not compatible for substratum, i got bootlooop with substratum.

1. In your device, open the dialler and enter *#*#7378423#*#* to access the service menu.
2. Tap Service info > Configuration > Rooting Status. If Bootloader unlock allowed says Yes, then you can continue with the next step. If it says No, or if the status is missing, your device cannot be unlocked.
Nb: before you unlock maybe you need to backup your drm keys :good:
Anyone tried it with F2FS yet? And does the included TWRP support F2FS formatting?

I'm using it with f2fs, haven't tried formatting with integrated twrp though
I ran some safety net test on this rom and its showing CTS profile Match false .....should I worry ?
Rom working smooth so far. Only a few lags when playing HD games, much thanks for the good work

The ROM is very stable from my daily testing, with pretty much the only apparent bug being the issues with voice match that all LineageOS based roms are facing. Other than that I haven't noticed anything major.

I don't use Google pay but the 360 camera works well. The only thing is any LineageOS based ROM can't update the 360 camera software, but it will function perfectly if updated on the stock rom.

I'm still in shock. Such a great ROM, gives me that same felling I got from flashing my first custom rom, and realizing my phone could be so much more than it had been. I haven't quite figured out substratum ,is there a trick? I'm on January firmware using Substratum beta, with the Magisk Substratum-mod.

Hi,
So if your follow my OP and wipe your internal storage, no issue.
Just if i read your comment on Official twrp, it's an issue of Magisk, not ROM

So did you find what happened, did your phone started working properly?
It turned out the wipe userdata command had failed. All fixed now.

Also just few questions. Did you come from a stock rom? Which version of magisk did you install, If you had installed one. We need to unlock the bootloader right.

Data Roaming not working
Thanks for this ROM, I really like it. I've recently switched from LineageOS, mostly because data roaming wasn't working. Interestingly, it doesn't work with Omnirom either. LineageOS was still Pie, this being Q, the two versions shouldn't have much in common. It appears data roaming isn't quite straight forward on this phone. I've attached a logcat with the IMS messages (in between some audio clutter). I'd be very greatful for any suggestions how to solve this.

Installation:

Started with LineageOS 16 official latest nightly.
1: I first tried using Twrp (Lineage 17 Update + new android 10 Open Gapps-nano). That resulted in non booting device (stuck on startup animation). Reverted back to LineageOS 16 + Gapps.
2: Then I just followed. [url]https://wiki.lineageos.org/devices/sagit/upgrade[/URL] with the same (Lineage 17 Update + new android 10 Open Gapps-nano) with lineage recovery. That resulted in working updated phone.
So step 2 at least worked for me while using lineage recovery
Update 8-4-2020: Based on other reactions in this topic, maybe the in later posts mentioned go back to recovery and reboot from there would already have been sufficient to get past the stuck on boot animation problem I experienced.

just boot to recovery then to system, no need wiping cache and it will boot into system. with a fresh install everything is fine, but after days or weeks i'm not sure, the same symptom appeared.
I really love this rom. Awesome work, as usual.

You don't need a wipe, rebooting from recovery is enough.

Before Flashing:

Installation procedure:
Download latest LineageOS ROM and copy to SD Card.
Reboot into twrp (use the shared twrp only)
Wipe System, Dalvik Cache, Data, Cache, Internal Storage (Clean flash is recommended)
Flash ROM and Gapps package (version: Android 10 - ARM64)
Flash Magisk (*optional, use the shared one only and don't update it)
After installing all zips, wipe cache and dalvik.
Reboot system
DOWNLOAD
Note:
1. In our testing only few versions of magisk are working. So use the shared one only.
2. Working magisk versions:
Original - 20.1 and 20.3
Phh based - 20.3
3. Don't update magisk (you can update app though).
4. Use the shared TWRP only and don't use others.

There may be some problems in your area. Jio network is fine in rom. Try clean flashing again. But remember, VoLTE won't work. It's a bug currently in all MediaTek devices. You can use JioCall app
