Pre-Order is shipping Over Night YAY !!!

Just got an email saying my HTC one is shipped via overnight PM . Ordered it on Monday via sprint website.

How come some are getting shipped overnight and others aren't? Mine is saying 2 to 5 days

Did you order after the 16th? It will be shipped overnight, but you may not get it on Friday is what Sprint is saying if you ordered after the 16th. Pre-orders made on or before the 16th should be delivered by Friday.
EDIT: Just checked the myorder site and see that mine has shipped but the tracking number is not yet viewable via UPS. The 2-5 business day statement (which i see in the fine print as well) is probably common jargon on their part in case of delays, but to my knowledge Sprint typically ships all of their online orders overnight.

Mine was shipped as well, however it's not live yet on the UPS site so I'm hoping for today but not holding my breathe. Is yours coming up in the tracking system yet?

Heads up for any of you who haven't seen an email yet. Even though Sprint email's have been routed to the inbox, my shipping confirmation was thrown into spam by Gmail. Worth a shot checking there.

Question, what is the 9th and 10th number on the tracking number? Should be something like 01, 02, 28, let me know. The fact that the tracking # aren't live just means that the package has been prepared by has not been picked up at the facility, so we can assume the have a assembly line of o of phones being put into boxes as we type. Ups has probably dropped off a trailer at their shipping dock and they are being piled in for shipping tonight.

Same here. More info in that email than the sprint rep had.

I have my tracking number but it's not showing up on UPS. Which in the past meant that it was shipped overnight. I work for Dell and when we send stuff out next business day our customers flip out because it doesn't show up on the site, then the next day they are cool because they have it. Hope this holds true.

My UPS tracking number just went from "Tracking number not found" to "A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated."

Angie: Please disregard the shipment speed notification on the UPS website for the time being as the status of the shipment has not been fully updated to their system and may not be reflecting the true shipment speed. The expectation is still set for the 19th for arrival. I would recommend checking back in 24 hours with www.UPS.com/ for updates regarding the shipment.

Last week, I ordered Tuesday (11/5) night around 9:30pm. Phone was picked up by FedEx on Wednesday (11/6) afternoon, arrived at my house on Friday (11/8).
If it matters, mine is the Verizon Developer Edition.
EDIT: The web site did have a note saying like due to high demand, it may take 7 days to process. But obviously it didn't.

When i ordered demand was "high" and they said it would ship within 7 days.
Once it shipped it took 3 days from Texas to Maryland. VZW also.

3 days, ordered on a Saturday morning.

I ordered on Friday 11/8. It was released to shipping on Monday. But it still hasn't shipped. Chat seesion rep said 6 day commitment and i should expect it on or before the 14th. Supposedly they ship Fedex overnight

Ordered mine on the 10th. Still sitting in not shipped state.

That's odd. I ordered on the 8th. It shipped on the 11th and will be here tomorrow 13th. They do 2 day shipping. The first one I ordered was shipped the same day but I returned it for the discount.

I was never able to see my status. I got an email with a tracking number around 10 hours after it was picked up

I ordered 11/6, received it 11/11. On the motorola site, under order history it still has a status of "Not Shipped"

Mine status updated on the website when it shipped and I was mailed the tracking number. Same thing happened for both my orders.

Mine will be here today. Can finally retire the s4 and its cartoon touchwiz interface.

I placed my order on 11 Nov (sunday) and received it on 15 Nov (friday).

I was a little disappointed w/ the quality of shipping. The phone arrived safe and sound, but the Moto X box was stuffed inside a much larger box with no form of padding or cushioning at all.
I know it's all solid state, but I still didn't like hearing the moto x box sliding around. Not something you want to hear when opening $600 worth of electronics.

I ordered mine yesterday morning Monday and recrieved shipping notification the same day. Says it will be deliverd Wednesday with two day shipping.

I ordered mine on a Wednesday evening and received it the following Monday. I believe they have plenty on the shelf, at least VZW anyway, as mine came with 4.2.2 on it. To me that would indicate that it was built awhile ago.

Does Tmobile update order status on sunday?

I ordered my note 4 on friday with the most expensive shipping option. The estimated delivery date is tomorrow, Monday the 20th. But, my order status is still "being processed". I was wondering how accurate their estimated delivery dates are. I'm super eager to get the phone rawrr!

Not sure but I ordered mine from T-Mobile on Friday as well with free shipping and by Friday evening I had a tracking number for delivery tomorrow (Monday). I ordered it around 3:00pm ET. I ordered it in person at one of the stores.

I went on Saturday and they said they had sold out all 40! I couldn't believe it. My friend, who is on T-Mobile, went with me. I am on AT&T. We ordered one and they said the 28th which also shocked me. I have to ask my friend what the status is. I will bother him every day until I get it. Lol! Hopefully before the 28th.

I was told the 27th when I was in the store and ordered mine last Friday. Was surprised when I got a text that my order shipped with tracking that same evening for Monday delivery.

What locations had 40?

A store in Newington, Connecticut.

I ordered mines Thursday the 16th in store around noon, didn't receive tracking untill Saturday, ground shipping will be here in California on Thursday the 24th...
I use to work at ups in downtown Los Angeles, from my understanding UPS don't open on Sundays, so tmobile might print your shipping label or have your package ready to ship today, maybe.. But ups won't get their hands on it until earliest Monday.

T-Mobile sent me a text message with tracking before UPS even picked it up. Not sure if that is standard procedure or not but that was my experience.

I really suggest that you forget about keeping track of yorur order online. During the Pre-Order release, very few people had their online orders updated - even after the shipment had been sent.
Personally - my online order sheet/receiept - said processing for 1 week after I got the phone - and in fact I got an email from Tmobile three days after I got my phone that my NOte 4 was shipped.
I don't knwo why - but the online system for reporting and tracking from TMOBILE has had issues - your best bet is to go to UPS and setup an account for "My UPS" then try to track the package with your shipping address. - that is what many people did with the PREODER - and it was much more reliable than waiting for notice from TMOBILE -
Regardless of what you do - good luck and I hope you get your NEW NOTE SOON -it is an awesome phone!

You can also try tracking by reference number using your phone number. That is the only thing that worked for me. Despite having my name in the shipping address they actually shipped it to my company name and those won't show up on myups.

That's cuz tmobile and anyone actually, that has an account with UPS can print their own UPS labels. But ups don't process any shipments on Sundays. I can't say the same about Tmobile warehouses not working on Sundays though I have no idea about them.
Do what some people suggested and sign up for free ups account. You can receive text messages from ups everytime there is an update on the movement of your package. They will text you when it's been shipped or if there is a delay.

(Sprint now Shipping) Has your Note5 shipped yet?

Has anyone had their order shipped out yet? Sprint stated they would start shipments today.

nope no email as of yet...i don't think they will start shipping until Monday..so once you get it, it will be closer to the actual release date.

They told me it would ship out around the 18th

Press release clearly tells us this Friday, though.
"Preorders will begin shipping Friday, Aug. 14. Both smartphones will be available in Sprint Stores and all other sales channels beginning Friday, Aug. 21"

At least you guys were able to get your orders in. It trying to get mew to change my data plan which I do not want to do. Trying to order the Galaxy Tab 4 and it wants me to select a data plan. Hopefully the person I am chatting with will get it sorted for me.

I placed an order at 5pm PST on Thursday, 8/13/15, since the Sprint website said pre-orders being shipping on 8/14. My current status is still "waiting at the warehouse to be processed". At 5pm today, Customer Service Live Chat said that my order will be shipped by the end of the day because almost all of the pre-orders were practically ready for shipment at the warehouse. A few hours later, my status hadn't changed, so I contacted them again at 8pm. He then stated that it should now ship this weekend.
*Update:
At 11pm last night, I received an email saying that it shipped through UPS. The Sprint site says that it shipped and supplied a UPS tracking number, but the UPS site says that it's just "ready for UPS" and does not provide an estimated arrival date other than 2-day air.

This time its Sprint first. Last year, T-mobile users get their N4 first.

i'm not on Sprint, but FedEx tracking shows my wife's ATT Note 5 is scheduled for delivery on Monday, August 17th... surprised it's shipping that soon.

ATT also. Tuesday arrival. gonna miss my SD slot. but gonna love the phone no matter the difference

I need a new phone ASAP, and the Midnight Black edition says "Ships within 10 days"....
I am just looking for some people that have ordered this phone and how long it takes to actually get it!
I am wondering if it takes roughly the full 10 days, or if people get the phones much sooner...

Just received mine, but I paid $9 for quick shipping as I'm leaving the country on Monday. Ordered Sunday, got it today, Wednesday.

I ordered mine Monday night, Tuesday afternoon it said shipped but when I check on the tracking number, it only says Shipping Label created. The Oneplus site said it ships immediately. I have an ETA of receiving the phone tomorrow morning but I don't think that'll happen.
I also paid the extra $9 for shipping because I'm impatient. lol

Well, ordered mine on the official 1st announce with priority shipping. Got it a day later.

I ordered mine on April 4th and it was delivered April 6th. I paid for the express shipping option.

I ordered Sat the 8th and it made it to my house in central Virginia yesterday, Weds. the 12th.
I did not pay for express shipping.

One plus is not quite good in tracking no and all.
I ordered an earphone from them and when the status said that label is created, the delivery guy was at my door and I was like wtf.

Haha they usually deliver with 2-3 days from order is Delhi. The day I get an email from them about the dispatch is usually the day I receive it as they are slow to update :silly:

I ordered mine on April 4th, with regular shipping. My expected delivery date was April 14th. I actually received mine on April 12th.

My Oneplus was ordered 7 april and come 12 april.
Standard free shipping.
It comes from Poland to UK.
