Hello, I have been wanting to enable VoLTE functionality on my Galaxy Note 8 N9500 bought from UAE. Though its from UAE I was given a N9500 Version which is a Honkong / Chinese version of the phone. I am in India and want to use Samsung pay and also VoLTE.
Samsung pay would only take me to Install Honkong version of samsung pay.
Is it possible to flash a INS (Indian) firmware on this phone ?

The US model is Snapdragon, but the N950F is Exynos. You cannot flash firmware from one onto the other, sorry.

The SM-N960F (Exynos) has unlocked bootloader.
So I'm not sure what you really want to do.
If you want to root it, check this thread:

Hello everybody,
Does anyone know if the Note 9 model N960U1 works with the german carriers on 4G ?
hello everyone. I have an s10 snapdragon, Hong Kong version. it has problems with mobile data. anytime I try to access some websites, it shows "DNS_PROBE_FINISHED" or "DNS_PROBE_POSSIBLE" and it only works when I'm connected to VPN.
I'm guessing it's because I'm not in Hong Kong. so, is there any way I could flash a firmware with different region? there are only Hong Kong and China version for my model number. any custom firmware maybe? or could I just flash a different models CP or firmware? or anyway root could help?
my device info:
model: SM-G9730/DS
android: OneUI 4, Android 12
software version: G9730ZHU6GVB1
any help will be appreciated. thanks.
Hi
I'm from Poland. Planning my budget to get S10 as a my secondary phone. Here's my question.
Is it possible to install G973F firmware on Snapdragon version?
I know there is a problem with many translations to polish within USA firmware.
Hello XXVIICO, answer no as the chip to install is American is that not Europe impossible. See with the seller to reimburse you is take a device for Europe example AUT - DBT .... search on the net for the frequency of the region
