Best ROM in terms of Camera quality? - Xiaomi Mi 8 Questions & Answers

Hi all, I have read here and there that there is a difference with the camera quality of the different ROMs. Can you please confirm which is currently the best ROM in terms of camera quality if you have observations of course. Thank you!

Imo, Chaina or xiaomi.eu which is based on the Chaina Dev.

Syberia Os is the best I tried so far.
Revolution OS = MIUI
HavosOS = AOSP

EU global beta. If you want the AOSP experience, simply turn off Miui optimization.
As a long time Miui user, I can tell you that modern versions of Miui global, available of flagship Xiaomi's devices have become more scaled down and westernized.
For me the second best experience is the Pixel 3 rom. ( I am not talking about the Pixel experience rom)

Xiaomi EU rom!
Xiaomi EU ROM... It's so easy with fullscreen gestures to swipe trough the phone. Even with small hands you can easily control a 6'2 inch Phone...
Syberia OS.

Best miui rom

Hi people , I like the miui ROMs but there's too many out there , like weekly ones and stable. At the moment I'm on 12.0.1 global, which versions do you recommend? Or should I stay on the one I'm on ?
If you are a tinkerer and crave for frequent update, go weekly.
Otherwise flash the latest stable probably x.x.2/3

How stable is android 11 based xiaomi eu rom

Android 11 has come to k20 pro miui in China and xiaomi eu is one of the few who have made a custom version. Are any of you using it, is it stable enough to daily drive. When will android 11 come to the Indian phones.
miui sucks, aosp gives better performance and battery life

Aosp is full of bugs and lacks many features, no thanks
I just installed Weekly ROM MIUI 12.5 this afternoon and noticed the battery capacity reported wrong in the AIDA64. And after using a few hours later I can tell that the battery drained pretty fast than before.
Now I revert back to MIUI 12.0.6 Stable ROM since this is the most stable ROM I used at the moment.

Question Global rom on mi 11 pro

Hi there. I have been researching and in china the mi 11 pro and mi 11 ultra share the same ROM. Even on xiaomi.eu they share ROMs. Are any of you a user of the mi 11 pro and have you installed the global rom of the mi 11 ultra?
The roms are interchangeable , someone did it last week but you will have to search for the thread
Yep. I've been using Mi 11 Ultra Global Rom for my Mi 11 pro. Cheers!

Thank you. And according to your personal experience these custom ROMs are only better than the global one on the subject of updates? Do you really notice in a phone of these characteristics any change in fluidity and, above all, autonomy? Or it all comes down to receiving more updates, because really updates for me would not be the main thing as long as the equipment works perfectly for me
If you want global and stable...xiaomi.eu also have stable builds .. based on china stable but without china sizzle... But I use weekly because it looks like weekly is even more stable as stable ? How crazy it sounds

what throws me back is that to update xiaomi.eu I must download the complete package (about 4 gb). And it will seem ridiculous to you, but download 4 GB in my country (Cuba) is something expensive.

Do I have to open the bootloader to flash, or can I just use the update function?

Question supported rom aosp mi11

is there any aosp rom on mi11 that has support and is being developed? Because looking at xda, I must say that probably not
this is AOSP based
I've noticed that myself but hey you never know someone may start on a asop ROM .
mi 11 has weak support, I still have mi10t and mi10t pro and it's definitely better there
