T815 running latest nougat (OTA update): How to flash TWRP? - Galaxy Tab S2 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Notes/info:
1. Samsung USB drivers (https://developer.samsung.com/galaxy/others/android-usb-driver-for-windows)
2. Odin 3.13 first then 3.10 after 3.13 didn't work (https://odindownload.com/)
3. I tried with USB debugging on and off
After the supposedly successful flash, I booted into recovery but stock recovery is still present.
Any ideas what I could be doing wrong?
Thanks

Troubles with CWM

Hi I rooted my Note yesterday but the CWM isn't fully functional.
It says that the CWM manager should be used with a CF-Root v5.0 or newer. Many features have been disabled. The CF-Root I used seems to be v5.0

What's wrong?

Which kernel are you on?
If you are on Kernel which does not support CWM recovery then CWM manager would still work albeit with minimal features.
Here's a screenshot of my kernel
What should I do now?

You need to update CWM, b'coz it is likely old.

connect device(unknown source om, USB debugging on)

Done

Probably it is an error same as this.
Just boot to download mode and flash twrp or stock Firmware with Odin.

Of course download mode can start. Just hold POWER + HOME + VOL DOWN when you see that screen.

My note 4(N910T) won't go into download mode.... It will only go into keis. Can I flash files through odin with this on the screen. It does say odin mode(high speed) in red in the top left.
Have you tried to flash with odin. It always worked for me. Do factory reset from recovery and reboot directly to download and flash stock firmware

Anyone knows?

How can I get back to stock ROM from custom one?

I am using LineageOS 19.1 for now, but I want to get back to original ROM.
I've downloaded stock firmware with Xperifirm, made bundle via Flashtool, and tried to flash it but it won't progress properly.
It usually stops at the step of "Sending getvar product" or "Device connected in flash mode", program doesn't freeze but there's no progress after that.
I also tried Newflasher, and still no dice.

Is there any method to solve this?
Are you using the primary USB port from the motherboard?
Have you tried on another PC with a USB 2.0 port?

I tried all of them but didn't work.
For me newflasher did work, but I had to wipe the partitions before running it for it to get all the way through the restore process.
