Hello
I have this problem with P20 PRO and my Skoda Octavia III. When phone is connected to car and when someone call me i dont hear any ringtone from my car speakers. The same problem is when i start andoid auto app and connect phona via usb cable to car (I have android auto in car). When i connect my last phone P10 the problem is not visible. What else i can change ringtone via my car radio but with P20 PRO i dont see even this option.
Has anyone encountered such a problem?

I have managed to successfully connect the HTC to my kenwood car phone (which I believe is a parrot hands free kit). The problem is that whenever I get into the car and the unit starts, the HTC does NOT automatically connect to the Kenwood.
I have to manually initiate teh connection by going into the bluetooth settings on the phone and tapping on the kenwood device. On my nokia handset, once a device is set to authorised it connects automatically the moment it's in range. Is this feature available on the HTC?
Connects automatically to my Jabra hands free car speaker..
No problems here
Although, it does say in the bluetooth menu ' To connect - tap on device name '
hmmm
I`m having a problem with my Honda Accord handsfree system. The phone connects automatically but when someone calls me the system reacts and I can press the answer button but I can`t hear the person at the other end and he/she can`t hear me. Like you I didn`t have a problem with my Nokia. But mine does connect automatically just can`t hear anyone, must be a compatibility problem.
hi all !!!
i connected my mda IV to sony car audio using adapter cable (3,5 mm jack) sound is great (music, films ,navi) but when i try to make a call nobody can hear me because cable is connected and internal mic is switched off !!!

I'm looking for the same solution on my diamond. Anyone has a solution?
I don't know the solution, but there is a workaround.
If you download bluepower, this will activate bluetooth when your phone is charging. Then you can use a bluetooth headset to make and receive calls. This seems to take priority over the connection with the in car audio.....
Hope this helps.
I have some problems with the Bluetooth connection with my G973F & Beyond Rom 8.6
Some devices like my Xiaomi scale needs to be re-added via Bluetooth every morning, because it's not connected and won't connect by it self as it did with my S7. My Xiaomi Mi band reconnect without problems to my S10.
The biggest Issue is that my S10 is not working with my Car Stereo as Audio device. It's connecting with my Stereo Pioneer AVH-X5600BT and am able to take phone calls. But not to Play music via BT on my Stereo.
With my S7 there is no problem to use it as audio device with my car stereo.
Any Idea how to solve this problem with my S10?
Hello everyone,
I am looking for a solution to connect two phones in the car via Bluetooth at the same time.
I wonder if it depends on AA or on the car itself and its software.
I use AA cable in opel astra 19r. - works great.
A second phone would be enough for me to be able to connect via BT to handle calls. How to do it?
I mean that the connection of two phones should be simultaneous - that is, no matter which phone is ringing, the sound is heard through the loudspeakers in the car.
In the case of wireless headphones, the connection of two phones, a computer works without any problems - and the headphones "catch" on which device there is some action and switch to it.
Maybe someone found a way to do it? Any hints?
Hands free calling is only possible with one phone if you use Android Auto (regardless if wired or wireless).
On some cars there is the possibility to connect a second phone to listen to Bluetooth media (but this depends on the car).
I was also looking for a solution to connect two phones. In the end I gave up...
It's up to the car (or headunit).
