Hi guys, i stumbled on this firmware so i decided to share it with all of you!
This is a Full Stock Rom with working FaceUnlock. Beware, this is beta software so bugs may happen.
It was tested with BLA-L29 C432 (Mate 10 Pro hw/eu) and it was installed using HWOTA8 guide with no repack needed.
It may also work with HuRu tool and my unofficial TWRP, but i didn't tested.
Devices - BLA-L29 C432 (Mate 10 Pro)
- BLA-L09 C432
Build number - 8.0.0.140 Beta
Factory Reset - Not Required
Unlocked Bootloader - Required
Downnload link - https://mega.nz/#F!x4kCBZqS!E-pQMVwbZjUEvQXDEvtiyw

Hi, I have C782. Is this compatible for me? I assumed that number was just part of the build number and the only important info was the model number?
Cheers

I have always thought that as long as it is BLA-L29 then any firmware that starts with BLA-L29 have the same hardware requirement, but only differ at a software level. Myself have flashed many types of BLA-L29 firmwares and never had a problem,,,,
any contribution from experts?
Thanks, wished I had left my BL open
Anywho, this "beta" is it an open beta or more like a leaked closed beta? If it is an open beta, I'd like to know if Huawei has a beta program for European devices and how to sign in.

Hello everyone,
You can also install it even if your bootloader is closed.
By cons it must go through funkyhuawei. I put it through them.

There is a difference in the Firmware, C is Cust/Region of the Firmware.
C185 is Middle East/Africa
C432 is Europe
C636 is Asia/Pacific
There is a lot off different Cust region firmwares, some are from locked providers like Vodafone etc....
If u flash a Firmware with another Cust then yours your Cust will change to C900 and u wont recive OTA updates, in worst case u will brick your phone!

How do you did it?
Can you detail?
Which firmware have you on the device?
You need a oeminfo partition from a dual sim and Full firmware, together should be enough to convert. But be careful...

It is pretty easy find firmware for dual SIM, but in my opinion if you flash this your device will remain a single SIM.
This firmware is for Dual SIM Europe region, Huawei Mate 20 Lite SNE-LX1 SydneyM-L21 8.2.0.110(C432CUSTC432D1)
http://androidhost.ru/7md
What is more import at this point is find a oeminfo for a dual SIM device.
My suggestion is that you may open a thread requesting oeminfo for SNE-L21, (I'm assuming that your device is SNE-L01, aka SNE-LX1)
To flash oeminfo partition you need TWRP or ROOT.
Have a device rooted should be more easy than have a TWRP working.
With device rooted then you can use adb commands to flash oeminfo, but first don't forget backup your oeminfo for Single SIM.
Then you are ok to flash a full firmware to convert single in dual SIM.
All this steps are risky... be careful.

Does anyone know what this firmware is SNE-LX1C782 ?? Supposed to be sim free UK, I would of thought we would have c432.

Can anyone tell me how to convert my HUAWEI P10 VTR-L09 to a dual sim?
I need detailed instructions please.
You need HWOTA to rebrand your phone: https://forum.xda-developers.com/p10/how-to/huawei-p10-debrand-rebrand-update-guide-t3691013
Note that an unlocked bootloader is required. Since Huawei doesn't issue the codes anymore this may cost you a few euros (e.g. DCUnlocker).

I am not sure. Huawei changed the bootloader a few months ago, which makes it impossible to roll back to older versions. I sold my P10, so I do not follow its developments anymore. So please check in the thread.

If you search on Bootloader unlock on XDA you should find a lot of discussions, and that Huawei no longer provides you must buy from eg DC Unlocker (search also for that on XDA), 4 Eur credit
There are other services but more expensive
But if you are on c900 you maybe already did rebranding in the past (or somebody sold you a rebranded phone with a 'wrong' cust) - Bootloader code is one and the same for patticular phone, if you have it from the past you can reuse it
See
https://www.dc-unlocker.com/DC-Phoenix-flash-repair-tutorial
will there be official LineageOS support?
A little bit early to tell i think but since Huawei stopped the bootloader unlock programm in April 2018 it will be at least more difficult and in general i think not as much development as on other phones. Also Kirin phones are harder to mod i think
That stinks why do the lock the bootloader?
There has been very little ROM development for Huawei flagship phones such as P20 Pro / Mate 20 Pro. Doesn't help with locked bootloaders and unlocking services have unstable ability to offer codes, sometimes they can offer codes at other times they can not. Currently FunkyHuawei offering unlocking codes for "$1150 HKD ($146 USD) per code" though some cheaper sites can be found.

IF you still manage to get a device with unlocked bootloader, there's no way to root it or install a working TWRP, because there's ZERO development on Huawei P30 Pro and onward uawei devices...
That's because Huawei stopped giving users unlock bootloader codes and without them we can't have acces to get root, create custom rom's, TWRP and so on....
