They said these are just release notes.
Rollout has not yet started.
I think moto will push out oreo update after g6 plus launch in india
After 14 September...rollout begin

It is currently being worked on according to the Motorola website. 8.0. has been confirmed for release on the UK model.

cor al00c00 is chinese and cor al00c675gt is indian

No, they won't. They said to me that G5s Plus is incompatible. Ironicaly Moto One have exactly the same procesor.
No , there won't be any official update of Android 9 given to MotoG5s plus as the devices getting the pie update has been already listed on the official website of Motorola and you cant find Moto G5s plus
