Hello, I am getting the rear glass panel replaced!
is there a "foolproof" way of determining whether the rear range finder has been reconnected / replaced also.
Thank you.

Hello I received my p20 pro back today.
With the rear glass panel fully fitted for £129.00
And it looks great they told me they only use genuine Huawei parts.

LeEco Le1 Pro screens for sale

I ordered two replacement screens for my daughters LeEco Le1 Pro (1 as a backup replacement). She originally dropped her phone, and it took a bad beating. Unfortunately, during the repair I accidentally bent a display pin on the motherboard, so it is not properly outputing display anymore. Both screens work fine, it is just a damaged motherboard. I bought each screen for 20+ on aliexpress. I am reselling them here for $15 each w/ a glass screen protector and free S/H. Redmi K20 Pro Back glass broken

Hello people!
The back glass of my K20 Pro is broken unfortunately :crying: . I don't know how it broke despite being in a case.
I'm from India. Can someone advise how should I get it fixed?
Should I go to the service center or get it done in the local market?
If anyone knows the price of back glass replacement in service center, please let me know.
I heard the price of the replacement in local market is around ₹ 500-700. Ofcourse it's not original glass.
Does anyone know if there is any difference in quality of glass applied in the service center to the one used in local shops (probably imported from china).
I'm in the same boat as you. Fake back cover glass is about 800/- on Amazon and the process of removing and applying the glass seems fairly simple. But yeah, I'd like to know how much of a difference is there between the original and fake back cover.

Question I broke my camera glass and no shop knows how to repair it

As in the title, i broke my camera glass and ordered a new one on AliExpress, but no one knows how to replace it, they say they fear to break the small lcd screen. Has anyone experienced the same issue? And how do i fix it?
Screen is the part of back cover. if you broke the lens cover, you broke the oled screen too. The new replacement part comes with screen. If your oled screen looks good then you can change the lens cover only but you should separate the lens cover and screen. Also, if you repair it, you will loose the IP68 rating.
Here is the video on how it looks:

Another video on how to remove back glass: You have to heat the back panel , then use a suction cup and prying tool. Or ask the shop to remove the back panel and you can do it on your own.
Did you manage to repair the back camera glass? Xiaomi UK won't repair my phone as it's the global model. I've purchased the replacement glass with the screen but can't find a guide on how to replace it

Question Dropped my phone. Back panel cracked. Replacement?

Accidentally dropped my phone today from chest height and the back panel has chipped pretty bad at the corner opposite to the camera module and there are cracks emerging all across the back panel. I wasn't using any cover so I've myself to blame here but I was expecting more from Vivo in terms of the build quality. First drop and the back panel shatters. Never had that happen to any of my previous phones(Nexus, Oneplus, etc.). Any idea how much the replacement would cost in India? Any guidance/tips based on your prior experience would be helpful.
That's a high G impact. Hope none of the internal components were damaged...
Check parts availability in your location; rear covers are generally cheap. Get a OEM rear cover seal if it uses one and isn't included with the replacement cover.

Well, I'm hoping the internals are all ok since the phone seems to be functioning fine. Anyways, I ended up visiting the nearest Vivo service center and they've ordered a replacement panel. Costs 2530 INR. Hope it includes the cover seal that you've mentioned, I'll check with them and update once the replacement is complete. Thanks.

Not much to be done but what you're doing. It's likely OK if you aren't seeing any issues.

Question Broken "REAR DISPLAY"

Hi,
It seems I have a very peculiar problem at hand as there is absolutely no info about it anywhere. I happened to drop my Mi 11 Ultra from about 6 feet height and it landed with a thud with the display facing down. Luckily the display survived. No crack, no damage nothing but then came the shocker. Somehow the rear display has cracked. The glass protecting the camera lenses and the rear display itself is fine but the rear display has a few cracks and it has become dead.
I quickly checked the rest of the phone, everything's just fine. Now I did not think that replacing the rear view display would be such a big problem but when I contacted Mi Customer care via Online chat, they said that the rear display can't be replaced in India!
I saw a couple of teardown videos of the Mi 11 Ultra and it seems that the display is molded/sealed or embedded into the ceramic back. So technically it seems to look like as if replacing the ceramic back means the rear display will by default come with it.
Can anyone please confirm this? Mi Customer Care seems to be useless. Need your input guys. I will be really grateful. Thanks!
