In order to make Whatsapp+ to work, you need to install original Whatsapp. Set it up and when it says device not supported, uninstall it and then install Whatsapp +. It should work fine then.

Just go into the massager settings and disable the notification, you don't need an xposed module to do that.
Oh, yep, rigjt. But any way to revert messages in latest fb apk without messenger?

Hi,
I am very much fond of google dialer, contact and message apps instead of stock apps for those .
I don't want to flash the gapps large package for those apps. I want to know is there any way to get those apps and replace the stock apps.

just disable them. Disabling is as good as uninstalling, if saving 30mb of space is not your concern.

Hi all,
I canßt seem to be able to install Google Keyboard (Gboard), not through Google Play Store (app not compatible) or APK (doesn't install).
Did anyone find the same issue and maybe a solution for this?
If no solution for it, what would be a suitable alternative? I unfortunately appreciate support for Catalan language, which is not a given for a lot of keyboards.
Thanks a lot for any input!
Actually that's what i fear the most bad OS and if there is no dev community for custom roms, I don't think the hype for this phone will remain.
And not possible to set another launcher as default. YUK

Gboard work since day 1. you factory your phone. go to tencent store and install 2 things: gboard and chplay. After that go to language to switch. For language you must know how to use adb for setup morelocal 2
With another launcher, install nova for example, after that use adb uninstall the asus launcher. now your nova become Default launcher

Can you post your guide in the guide section for other users? Thank you.
For Play Store, I also didn't get it to work with sideloaded apk from APKMirror, but I found it in the built-in app store and after updating it showed in the launcher and fully worked.
Gboard works fine for me. You can't find it from the play store you will need to get it from apkmirror website or any alternative website. Later on you should be able to update it from the play store, simply download the latest version and install it and you are good to go.
At least that's in my case.
I installed both modules from magisk but still get the video ads in YouTube... What am l doing wrong?
You have to uninstall stock YouTube updates, disable auto update in Play Store, flash the module, then open the regular YouTube, it'll show up as Vanced.
And don't use the dark theme.
Thanks, I don't know how to install stock updates... I Uninstalled from the play store and reinstalled with the auto update box unchecked... But how will I know for sure that Vanced is enabled? Will it say that anywhere in the app?
I've used older versions of youtube vanced in the past without issue, but lately I haven't been able to get the magisk and rooted versions working. Now instead - I disable stock youtube (or uninstall using Titanium Backup), uncheck stock Youtube's auto-update, reboot phone, install microg and then install the non-rooted vanced's apk. Then I'll see an app called "Youtube Vanced."

Go to play store, find YouTube, hit the uninstall button. It won't completely uninstall it, then reboot, and vanced should be working :good:

Really!? In play store, under settings, you turned off Auto-update apps?? And still updates YouTube?? That's weird. No problem with that on my end

Ah gotchya. Personally, I've never tried that method you mentioned. I don't like any of my apps to auto-update because sometimes it messes with my themed apps until the developer updates the theme. Thanks for the tip though :good:

stopped working for me. So i unchecked the module rebooted. cleared cache both types. Then disabled. Then reached magisk module, then rebooted then went to play store and clicked uninstall then open. Working perfect now.
