N7000 weird problem

hello,
i've got 1 galaxy note and one galaxy SII i9100 both same problem, it is working well but i've got 1 strange problem in it
whenever i restart it, everything i added in it recently are deleted and settings cannot be changed as well, just same like deepfreeze activated pc
i formated it, flashed original rom with odin , even rooted it but phone becomes same as before after it is restarted
need guide for fixing it

Both devices? Strange. More details about the phone.? Android version etc etc..

[Q] After update, galaxy note sim-locked

Hello (and sorry for my bad english)
I wanted to have arabic language in my galaxy note (my french version has not it) so i installed the Algerian rom with android 4 in samfirmware website. i was ok, my phone was unsimlocked and good working, but when i wanted to put my contacts with Kies, it asked me to update my phone and i done it. now my phone ask me a network unlock code
have i to root and unsimlock ? (how to do that? if you have a tutoriel its cool for me)
or have you a simple rom, basicly unsimlocked that i can install with odin pc? (and that have arabic language in it)

Is it safe to Install the International Stock Android version for the Note 8?

I just received my Galaxy Note 8! I pre-ordered it and my carrier (Telcel, from Mexico) gave me a DeX Station as a gift.

The thing is, when I turned it on I noticed the Android version that was installed on it was the one butchered by the carrier with a lot of extra stuff I don't want to have on it.
Is there a way for me to install the International Stock version on my phone?
And, which version should I install to have the best experience without any carrier sh!t installed on it?

I'll try to write it down more, maybe somewhere I'll be interested in helping me ... I bought a Samsung Note 9 via eBay the original owner has it from at & t ... it's a snapdragon and I live in Europe ... my European SIM card works there and actually everything works only what doesn't work are updates my last update is december and especially the security update is from december 2020 does anyone know me how to put a newer or current security patch there ...?

Hi, need your help, i already change my firmware was G998USQS4BULC (VZW) FOR G998USQU5BULJ (TMB) BUT stilla have the bloatware from verizon i cant remove it please accept suggestions i tried to install firmware from G998U1 but appear an error so dont let me install it please help me
